Pros:

got a ad that says great thing about it

Cons:

does not help you at all

dosnt do anying gives u more acne they even say it like wtf first 2 weeks u will break out then u got 1 week to see if it works or u cant return it dont even bother getting it person who *made this wonderful treatment* is a scam artist pored the last of my proactive stuff down the drane just look at the coments on this page all u see is recommended : no no no no no no no no no no no no

Pros:

Keeps my skin Clear and acne free. The mask works great to quickly clear up acne. I Get complements on my skin.

Cons:

If you stop using proactive, your acne comes back with a vengeance. It's as if it become addicted. When I stopped using it I got horrible cystic acne. Which I had never experienced before.

I have used Proactive for several years and would like to switch to a more natural product that is less harsh. I didn't have horrible skin before using Proactive, but it was very oily and very prone to acne. Proactive made my skin look great and I was it's biggest cheer leader. As I got older and more concerned about chemicals and toxins, I decided to switch to a more natural skin care product. Wow, my skin exploded with cystic acne, concentrated along the chin line. As I did more research on this I found that I was not the only one with this problem when going off Proactive. It's as if our skin becomes so dependent on this product that when we stop, our body has no natural defenses against acne. I switched to other very good skin care products for three months but went back to Proactive because of the horrible acne. It took three more months using Proactive to get it totally under control. I have done more research and am determined to stop using Proactive.

Pros:

love this product worked on my blackheads , little zits and more.

Cons:

the smell of the mask and the three step is tiring! costs alot for three little bottles and the mask =(

Pros:

Smoothed my skin, rid of pimples quickly

Cons:

Smells bad but not after it dries, expensive not 19.95 as it says on telivision

Worked weel for me, use it twice a day morning and night. Really enjoy using it.

Pros:

cleared up some acne.

Cons:

Didn't do wht it said it was supposed to. Dryed out skin.

This product doesn't work very well. My skin is always very dry and it bleaches everything. It does help a little bit, but I am looking for something different to try.

Pros:

Good for slight breakouts.

Cons:

Not for use with moderate to severe acne.

The stars you see on the commercials endorsing this product did not have acne. They had BLEMISHES from having to wear heavy make up all the time. Pro-active is probably a good product for mild to light acne. However, if you have moderate to severe, its not going to work very well for you.

Pros:

You feel like it's a miracle worker once you bought it

Cons:

Everything-Expensive,dried my skin, and too many steps to do

I doesn't work and the lotion later dried my skin. It's too expensive and there are too many steps to follow. It made my acene go worse and started spreading.

Pros:

- None. As for what I saw at least.

Cons:

- Made skin more oily with moisturizer.
- Made too dry without.
- Made pimples much worse.

Proactiv was horrible. And reading all these other reviews, I think it is overall a horrible product. Very deceiving with the commercials, but actually made my face worse than before. Don't buy this product.

Pros:

-You feel happy at first because you convince yourself that it is going to work because all of the celebritys endorse it

Cons:

-Expansive
-Drys Skin
-MAKES YOUR SKIN WORSE

Hate the product, but then something amazing happened. While searching around this site i found a treatment that is known as URINE THERAPY. Please do yourself a HUGE favor and just try it out, your skin honestly looks so much better by the end of just one week. Don't waste your time with proactive, find the inner strength to give URINE THERAPY a try!!!!!!!

Pros:

less blackheads and less whiteheads
pimples clear up faster
easy to use, takes 3 minutes

Cons:

can make skin look shiny, its not oil not sure what it is
can burn open skin and bleach sheets and pjs
requires daily use to keep up benefits

I have been using this product on and off for 12 years. It always works well for me. I agree with other statements that when you go off it you start to break out again. I cannot use it in the summer because I work outside and it makes skin VERY sensitive to sun light! I only use the products at night and that seems to cut down on the shiny skin look. It BLEACHES everything it touches, sheets, pillowcases, pj, towels, so only use white ones! I have used several other acne products, all the drug store brands (oxy) and they really make me peel and burn when applied, department store brands (clinique, estee lauder, lancome). This is the best I have found. My acne is hormonal so I have no problems for 2 weeks and then wham my face get blackheads, whiteheads and sometimes painful cystic pimples. My current dermatologist said to use works because she is out of ideas. You can get it on QVC cheaper, it is much cheaper if you get the kits. The silver tube (advanced treatment?) is my favorite.
