Pros:

It got rid of my pimples.

Cons:

While using the Proactiv Solutions 3 step kit, I started to notice that my skin was burning and severly peeling.I tried to mosturize it more but that didnt help, it still kept peeling.

Don't buy Proactiv Solution. It MIGHT get rid of your pimples but your skin might peel and you will feel that burning sensation. Its not worth paying $45.00 to have your skin peel.Even if the people at Proactiv recommned it,don't get the extra streght! You will regret it.

Pros:

It makes your skin soft, and it does keep your skin from getting oily or too dry.

Cons:

It smells a little funky, and if you stop using it for even a week your acne might come back.

Proactiv doesn't work as fast as the prescriptions I used to use, but it doesn't make my skin peel like the prescriptions. I noticed that if I go off it for a few days my acne comes back worse, but when I use it again my skin clears quickly. I only use the cleanser once a day, because it is abrasive, but It helps make your pores look smaller. I don't use as much as they say, and I have like 3 bottles of each of the things in my drawer because I got the subscription. Only order one at a time!

Pros:

It does work if its used right

Cons:

Pricey, hassle to keep up with, is dissappointing for the first month or so because you won't see immediate results

It really does work if you simply use it as directed. Don't scrub too hard, and don't pick or pop at blackheads and other acne spots, otherwise it will put all of the time you put in to waste. Stick with it and your skin will look great. Wouldn't recommend trying other products on your skin in addition to this unless your skin has cleared.

Pros:

smells nice, easy to use, helps with [some] pimples

Cons:

works only for SOME types of skin, doesn't prevent future pimples as promised (for me anyways), costs way too much

I'll start with the pros. It smells nice and it's easy to use (I'm reminded of Jessica Simpson exclaiming the short amount time it takes to use it). That's about it... Now the cons. I really did not see those "fast" results those people on the infomercials were boasting about, but the product did help manage SOME pimples. However, with one gone, another took its place a couple of days after. I also feel that the cost does not fit the amount they provide. It's way too costly in my personal opinion. Despite all this, I do believe that a lot of people have a had very good experiences with this product, so I guess it won't hurt to try (if you're rich). Who knows? You may be one of those lucky few whose skin clears up with Proactive.

Pros:

I don't look like a teenager anymore

Cons:

They didn't have it when I was a teenager & cost

I'm in the middle of the road for acne severity (maybe 30 pimples/day) with sensitive skin and I've tried everything the dermotologist recommended to no avail. I'm lazy and only use the cleanser once in the morning. I think the night creme is a miracle lotion that I only use once a month when hormones dictate I need the extra help. I just ran out and within a week I'm looking like a teenager again. I do wish you could only buy the products you wanted, not the packages. I also tried the tinted moisterizer with SPF and it was great-didn't cause more breakouts like other SPF products. It is strong, like all the others. I use neutrogena face lotion for sensitive skin with SPF and I don't have the peeling problems/redness I used to with the cleanser alone.

Pros:

AMAZING. My skin has never been better. I can actually see my pores. I had quick results, and it's consistant.

Cons:

It took a while for my skin to get used to it. You must have patience. My acne got a little worse before it got better, but it makes sense why. It's getting all of those toxins out. It's worth it. I wish it were a little cheaper, and in stores.

IT'S ALL WORTH IT. BE PATIENT. Yes it can take a while. Yes, it can get worse before it gets better. Suck it up. Nothing is a miracle. But this is the closest thing to it. :)

Pros:

It works if you use it long enough to see the results and if you use the products in a system that works best for your skin.

Cons:

If you purchase online, the company puts you on an automatic shipping and payment plan without your consent. Be careful - this is a pain!

Everyone's skin is different. Use the product long enough to decide what is best for you by starting out with the system they recommend - then adjust as necessary. What works best for me personally is using the cleanser and toner at night and a basic soap in the morning. The lotion makes my skin too oily so I use a different brand of lotion that works best for me. Finding the right system for YOU is the key...

Pros:

i've never had acne, just the occassional pimple. it did clear those up. i use it as a 'spot' solution when i can tell i'm getting a zit.

Cons:

AAHHH!! after using for 1 week, i woke up the next day and my face had a rash..especially on my eyes and eyebrows. so, i stopped using it all together. then, my friend told me to use it every 3 days. so i did that, and now my eye is swollen shut

don't buy it unless you have extremely tough skin and really need it. otherwise, it's way to harsh of a product to use. def a big mistake on my part...oh, and guess what? my next shipment arrived yesterday...and i get to mess with sending it back. or i might just regift it!!

Pros:

Clears up some acne. Affordable.

Cons:

Takes too long to apply.

Hearing of the problem with people having dry skin, I got the oil-free. I've only been using it for about 5 days, and I have seen changes, though no results. I had a lot of little pimples. They have gotten smaller but in their place, large pimples have developed (even though there's not as many). I really don't know if it's good or not.
