Pros:

-Clean feeling
-Gets rid of oil
-Nice to have the cleanser, toner, and cream companions

Cons:

-Very drying if used as directed
-Skip a day and you will break out worse than ever

I never had horrible acne, but enough to feel embarrassed. All kinds of concealing creams and whatnot made my skin look even worse. My goal was to find a product that would allow me to wear no foundation, powder, or anything and still feel confident. Got ProActiv because of its reputation and 3-step innovation. I feel that overall, ProActiv is average. I've found that it does not prevent breakouts, but does help clear up existing ones more quickly. I've never had blackheads until I started using this product, so I think ProActiv caused them. Can't use it more than once a day or my skin becomes very dry-looking. If I get lazy or I am out late at night, and I haven't washed my face, it starts to get very gross and pimply. I think this is a withdrawal kind of symptom from the product. Be careful.

Pros:

none so far (almost 1 month into it)

Cons:

skin occasionally gets severely dry patches
lotion does not dispense well out of the bottle
skin is way worse after 1 month than previous

I am on the fence about cancelling my membership. After 1 full month, my cheeks are covered in painful red bumps that sometimes prove to be filled with disgusting pus. I am afraid to stop too early (like maybe I am going through the "it gets worse before it gets better" phase), and maybe I should just tough it out, but I really really hate the way it makes my skin look.

Pros:

well... it smells decent .
gets rid of shinyness (if u have any)
it works for the first week or two

Cons:

BAD commercial.. rip off definately .
NOT the same results you'd expect.
DRYS OUT YOUR SKIN..my skin had NEver felt soooo dry before. which made me break out even worse. obviously like peeling off layers of your skin

if it works for you go ahead. for me?? well it didnt really... it stripped my skin off just making my skin irritated && red . acne goes away within a week or two.. but since it strips off your skin ( F.Y.I i have t-zone skin and my skin is mid- sensitive) its going to leave redness behind

Pros:

Clears little bumps within a few weeks, and clears redness.

Cons:

it doesnt completely clear the face, and doesnt work totally.

if you have very mild acne use it, more severe, get something else. seriously.

Pros:

Nothing. No improvment in acne or skin.

Cons:

Didn't work at all. Bleached clothes, towels, pillows, sheets. Very expensive.

Doesn't work and is way too expensive. Other members of my family tried the system and they also had no improvements.

Cons:

July 23, 2008

Pros:

I liked the way it made my face feel smooth the first couple of times.

Cons:

It made my face feel oily after using the 3 steps if I did not apply the mask..Mask was very hard to get off and made my face red..Does not work on blackheads..only moderate pimples

I have used this for about 2 months and the only thing it has done is made them come out worse and very itchy. Blackheads have not even cleared at all. I used store bought cleansing before and it always cleared my blackheads but not so well on the pimples. I don't know what to do..owell. I wasted my money and hopes on all the BS they feed you about the Proactiv product.

Pros:

It rids ur face of pimples eventually. (3-4 months in my case)

Cons:

It gets worse before it gets better.

I used it, it cleared up my skin, left me w/ some scars. I wouldn't buy it again.
