Pros:

when you wash your face with the cleanser it feels great

Cons:

.. but that doesnt mean that it works. the cleanser dried my skin, then the toner burned it, and the lotion killed it lol. no but seriously, it dried my skin so bad, and it hurt.

it dried my skin espacially around my mouth, and it was starting to be grey.. ok that wasnt normal, and the skin on my nose was always extremely dry, it was peeling of.. when i went to school in the morning my face was so tight, it hurt too, because it was just, so dry. and the pimples didnt really go away. and the product bleached everything, i just dont think that a product that bleaches everything is good for you face.......... im tired of crappy products and stupid celebreties that lie on tv just so they get payed big bucks, they just went to the dermatologist and payed 2000 dollars for something better.

Cons:

I have tried it for month but my pimples remain the same. my pimples keeps on multiplying spreading on my nose. i used proactiv in the morning & evening. i follow the guidelines but it never had a good effect on me. such waste of money!

i regret of buying it!

Pros:

It helps from making my acne disappear. It was very smooth when i put it on.

Cons:

If you choose to put the Refining Mask over night, believe me your face will feel like a cement. My skin peels after I used the Renewing Cleaser, but that's what probably happen if you don't have the Revitalizing toner though.

Not many products works like proactiv.It gives you shiny skin. Don't ever use 1 step alone because it doesn't work without the other 2 steps.

Pros:

I ran out of the scrub, but bought one from the store and continute to use them, repairing lotion as spot treatment. I love it. The scrub I bought was horrible, and the moisturizer that came with it didn't work, but Proactive always works!

Cons:

It will make me temporarily red in areas (the repairing lotion) but I believe it is just because it has so much Benzoyl Peroxide.

I love this stuff. I make sure to get the mosturizer instead of the oil control, even though I have oily patches in places becuase it does tend to dry out areas without. The product MUST be used consistently in order to produce good results. Even though I'm not currently using the scrub, I use the other brand consistently and it always works. Only occasional pimples occur when the time of the month comes!!

Pros:

Cons:

Well I started using it 2 weeks ago. I never had a pimple problem it was more of an oily and blackhead problem. Since I started using it my face is always red I have pimples all over my face now. I guess it depends on your skin type.

Pros:

Works well if you USE AS DIRECTED.Its been 5-6 months using Proactiv and I am starting to see a big change from what my face used to look like (face was COVERED with VERY INFLAMED acne). Now my face is calm and clearing up.

Cons:

A few pimples come when using Proactiv but they disapear within a week or two. My chin area is BROWN, I don't know if this is a side effect from using Proactiv or I don't know!. My pillows are turning yellow from the B.P.

Great product from people who are patient and can wait a while for their skin to start clearing up. Only for the strong people who can stand washing their face gently for 1-2 minutes (works best for me). Bottom line is buy it at your own risk because it dosnt work for everyone (the 15% of people), and hopefully you'll end up in the 85% of people who got clear with this product!

Pros:

it comes in a nice, easy to use package

Cons:

its expensive and dried my skin out

proactiv did stop the oilyness of my skin, but its made it so extremely dry and flaky that it isnt worth it. one week ill have clear skin the next it will worsen and then it will clear up again. im about to stop using it and go onto the a'kin range, ive just started using cellfood oxygen gel and i take Qsilica tablets, over the last few weeks they have made a real difference to the condition of my skin. so basically proactiv is not worth the price paid and is only average at getting rid of pimples. i bought the 4 piece set, cleanser, toner, gel and moisturiser.

Pros:

Ahh. None that I can think of, sorry.

Cons:

Dried my skin out, expensive, didn't work for my skin. Doesn't smell that good. The scrub is too grainy. Etc.

I tried this product well over five years ago and it didn't work (even slightly) for my skin. Their 'lotion' was making my face dry out and get red. When I called the company, a phone consultant told me that the lotion isn't really a lotion and shouldn't be applied as one. She also told me to stop using it. But then I'm supposed to keep purchasing an entire kit containing a product I shouldn't use? And why do they call it a lotion if it isn't one? So I am sure this product has worked for many people. Just not anyone with my type of skin! I would NOT recommend using this unless you can get it for a free try.

Pros:

Highly effective!! i had horrible acne and it really helped to minimize it and actually 98% of it went away

Cons:

If you stop your acne comes back in a heartbeat. It also dries the skin badly so you ahve to have a moisterizer.

It is a great product and works very well though it is a little pricy. I am a big fan of it

Pros:

Nice face wash

Cons:

redness, and short term results

after the first week i thought i really liked proactiv as about half of my pimples had disapeared, but soon after that i got really red and my acne started comming back. Proactiv feels cheap and really disapointed me. :(
