Pros:

It cleared away the blemishes with a matter of time.

Cons:

Dried the sh*t out of my skin.

Will charge your bank account when they can. They'll tell you about a shipment for this amount but not tell you about the next 3 charges of ahead of time already scheduled. RIPPING YOU OFF FOR YOUR CASH!

Pros:

Cleared up my severe acne

Cons:

Terrible customer service

They sent me 2 boxes by mistake and I was nice sent one back which was my big mistake. They received the box and canceled my account. I called wondering why I hadn't received my next shipment, found out it was canceled and went through 30 minutes of explaining to them their mistake. They told me my account was re-activated and to expect a box in 7-10 days, 14 days later I find out they did nothing to my account. Went through the long phone call again to get a new box and this time they said it would be overnighted. Guess what... still no box and its been a week. Find a kiosk and buy it!

Pros:

Got rid of my cystic acne
Repairing lotion has good viscosity
Did not bleach my linens
Green tea moisturizer is amazing
Free deep cleansing brush
Refining mask is nice

Cons:

Expensive for amount of product
Cleanser didn't lather much
Longest lasting hyper-pigmentation I've ever had with any acne

After two months or so, I'm almost completely clear (though I have awful hyper-pigmentation) and am on the last dregs of my three oz bottle of repairing lotion. Compared to Acnefree, Proactiv's BP has a thicker viscosity and is pretty much like a lotion, (though I'd rather it was clear like Acne.org's). The cleanser did not lather as much as I would have liked and the toner wasn't essential to the routine, which made me disappointed in the high price-tag. The green tea moisturizer (free sample size)is amazing. It hydrates and goes on matte. I currently use Acnefree's green tea moisturizer as it is only 10 dollars for 4 oz whereas Proactiv's is 27 dollars an oz. The deep cleansing brush I got for free is also amazing. It is extremely exfoliating and I recommend it to everyone on the Regimen to combat dry and flaky skin. It also seemed to make my hyper-pigmentation fade much faster because of the higher amount of exfoliation it provided. It may or may not be in their catalog now, but the sales rep I IM'd said it would cost 15 dollars and should be replaced as often as your toothbrush but that they do not sell replacement heads. The refining mask is okay. I don't use it often, really just as a spot treatment since it smells funky, but I got it for four dollars on ebay so that's okay. For those who complained that Proactiv bleached their clothes, yes, it can do that. Its a BP solution, that's what it does. Just like Acne.org's BP, it can bleach your clothes and bedding because it is BP. That's why you let it dry before you change or put your face on your pillow. Proactiv essentially works as well as any other BP based acne fighting skincare routine :coughAcne.orgcough: :coughAcnefreecough: but is extremely expensive as you are basically paying 20 dollars a month for one oz of BP. I will be using Acne.org's Treatment from now on as it is 2 dollars an oz and trying out Acne.org's moisturizer against Acnef

Pros:

With continued use it clears skin

Cons:

-Expensive
-Have to use it religiously
-Dries out skin
-Thins skin- I had to discontinue use because it thinned my skin so much I looked rubbed raw on my jaw line and started to bleed.
-The sellers do not warn users of al the potential dangers. When using proactive you are not supposed to wax hair inn your face because it thins the skin so much it because dangerous
-Can cause Cystic Acne.

Only works with continued, religious usage. Can be a dangerous product (from thinning of skin and cystic acne) but users are not given adequate warning.

Pros:

None

Cons:

Simply did not work.

I bought Proactive from a kiosk in the mall. I bought the package that included the cleanser, toner, BP cream, green tea moisturizer, and the little sulfur mask cream. I used it consistently and followed the directions. This did nothing to improve my skin. My skin was dry and it even made my fingers that I used to apply the sulfur mask cream dry-even to the point where my skin peeled a little. I developed more pimples than I have ever had before. These pimples would actually bleed leaving scabs on my face!!! I used the product until it was all gone. It left my skin in horrible condition with awful dark spots everywhere. I've heard it works for some but it didn't help me at all. A waste of my time and money.

Pros:

Quick results, refreshing, quick and easy application

Cons:

drys out skin, strong scent, harsh, bleaches towels

Proactiv really did work for me. My skin was as bad as its ever been. I have never had bad acne but at the beginning of college I became stressed and I broke out. So I tired the 30 day treatment and my skin cleared up significantly. BUT, it dried my skin out. My skin is never dry and never oily. I became really dry and it did not look good. If your acne isn't too bad and you just want to clear it up just use it once a day and t will work. Thats was I did after 3 about weeks. If your skin is dry already, get a lightweight facial lotion. It does work, you just have to adapt it to your skin.

Pros:

none

Cons:

horrible customer service. After initial trial, they ship and charge an astronomical fee. Trying to return product and get refund is very difficult and so far we have not received any refunds, nor the "free" advanced product offered to make up for our dissatisfaction, 6 weeks ago.

Does not work, no change in my blemishes or skin. Bleaches towels and pillow cases -i.e. Ruins them. Cannot return product without an army behind you, that might not work either.

Pros:

Cleanses skin perfectly
make skin nice and smooth
everything works perfect

Cons:

there is none

I am currently using proactiv and it makes my skin so soft and i saw results in just one day. If it makes your skin dry, try using a moisturizer (like the green tea moisturizer). Yes it does make your skin irratated, but if you READ it, it is a side affect and doesn't last long. I highly recommend this acne regiman.

Pros:

None really

Cons:

Basically everything...
Irritated my skin
left me a giant hole
Dried out my skin
The cost

I've used this so many times. When I was like in Middle school, then high school. I would go off and on for 5 months at a time, and try giving it another chance.. but it never worked. It ruined my poor, sensitive skin. This is terrible, terrible, false advertisement. Not to mention they get famous people like Jessica Simpson and Katy Perry to advertise -__- please.

Pros:

It's less irritating for my skin than other programs I've tried.

Cons:

Over-drying, abrasive, has fragrance.

I keep coming back to Proactiv after trying other products because it seems to break me out the least. But it still breaks me out. It's impossible to use Proactiv while on The Regimen because the cleanser has exfoliating beads.
