Pros:

It's not ridiculously expensive..

Cons:

Everything. Does NOT work.

I tried Proactiv and it made my skin a thousand times worse than it was before. My skin was literally peeling off in chunks, it was humiliating..and not to mention disappointing. I wrote Proactiv about it and they never replied. But nonetheless, I would NOT recommend this product to anyone..EVER!

Pros:

It had a really soothing scent and it felt really clean.

Cons:

It didn't give me any good results. When you stop using it it gives yuor face more acne and even one of my friends said that she tried it and it didn't work for her. And it's so much work to put on all the three steps on. I do not reccomend it.

It does not work maybe it works for Kelly Clarkson maybe it'll work for you. If it does then congratulations but it did not work for me.

Pros:

I have been experimenting with acne products for 10+ years and this is the only one that has truly worked for me!

Cons:

It's a little pricey

*I split the monthly cost of $45 with my brother and we alternate who gets the package in the mail each month.

I always seemed to have a few monstrous zits that I was extremely self-conscious of. Since I started using Proactive three months ago I haven't had one single zit. My skin is sensitive so I only use the face wash 4-5 times per week, the lotion 3-4 times per week, and the toner about 2 times per week, otherwise my skin gets dry and irritated. I also received the sulfur face mask which I use once a week. It does a great job of reducing the appearance of pores on and around my nose.

Pros:

The refining mask does help if left on overnight, and the cleanser does a good job with exfoliating. The green tea moisturizer is good for the winter.

Cons:

If you skip any, watch out, and it seems to have quit working. It worked pretty good for a while and it seems like I have built up an immunity to it. The sulfur mask does help, but makes my face smell bad.

Use consistently and probably only good for minor acne. If you have a monster sprout up use the mask overnight and you will see a difference.

Pros:

my skin improved for the first 3 days the balckheads on my nose were gone

Cons:

my skin got worse, I've got pimples on my face at places I never use to have acne (sides of the face and under my mouth) and it dries my skin

will NEVER EVER buy this product again, it's a scam, it cost me a lot and it doesn't work for me. products over the counter works way better

Pros:

Makes your feel clean and very soft. Noticed a difference within a few days. I have only been using it now for less than a week. Wow!! I'm loving this stuff!

Recommendation to every one try the "Green Tea" moisturizer!... You should always use moisturizer after cleansing. And remember, it always gets worse before it gets better. This really helped me!

Pros:

I earlier had used Proactiv it was ok but nowhere to beat Derma Cleanse hormonal acne system which worked wonders for my acne and pimples.

Cons:

It's pricey and dries the skin like anything, makes you feel older than you actually are.

I heard alot about proactiv and had plans to use it for a long period, but the results after a month made me change my mind and switch over to derma cleanse acne system

Pros:

The beginning stages it worked perfectly. Lots of compliments, could see noticeable improvements.

Cons:

After using for a few years it totally stopped working and my skin is worse than it ever was before in my whole life. Almost cystic like acne is appearing.

Bottom line is this, it does what it promises but only for a short while. It's hard finding something that works after using Proactiv. One thing that I found out is that it strips/burns off the protective layer off your skin and makes it more sensitive than it probably ever was from the beginning. I would not recommend it to anyone not even my worst enemy. They have a formula that is twice as strong/harsh that is not found on the website, you must call customer service and order through them. How much destroying of the skin do they want to do. I really dont think those stars use it like they claim.
