Pros:

It is easy to use. Evened my skin tone.

Cons:

It made my skin even more oily, than it was before. Plus it dident get rid of the spots i have had for a long time.

I expected this to work really well for me because I have had acne since the 5th grade. But it has not helped at all.

Pros:

i will admit the first two weeks it seemed to be working great, i used it for a long time, im so stupid its because this product makes ur face feel nice and like its improving in the beginning

Cons:

its so expensive! after my 1 order, i ordered it again in hopes of achieving the same results as the first 2 weeks and my skin starting to back to before with acne. i stopped using it after this time and BAM I HAD SO MUCH ACNE WORSE THAN BEFore

your acne will become GROSS after if you stoppped, after i stopped i went to buy proactiv yet again to see if it can go back b/c it was so gross... acne with vengence and it didnt work at all any more i even asked the proactiv cart lady and she said maybe ur skin got too used to it?!? thats retarded so i just quit all together and my acne eventually calmed down, it was the worst decision of my life! proactiv is such a lie and horrrrribbblllleeee long run results, i probably spent close to 200$ and got no where with my acne... i regret it!

Pros:

It completely cleared up my skin. I've been pimple/break-out free for almost 3 months now.

Cons:

When I first used it, like the first three days, my face was a little itchy and dry.

It's a really good product. Like I said I got a bit itchy on the face in the very beginning, so like it said on the instructions, I used it less often (once instead of twice a day) and the itching and dryness went away. Now I just use it in the morning and my skin is completely clear and is always soft and smooth. Easily the best skin care I've ever used.

Pros:

It Works, i didn't think it did, at all it just pissed me off, yet for some reason i kept using it. It makes sense now, everybody complains it dosnt work after only a week of use. i had horrible achene for a month of use, than it completely cleared!

Cons:

ITS EXPENSIVE, takes so long to work, and the first week your skin is irritated

IT DOES WORK. Dont complain a product dosntr work if the directions arent fully followed and time isnt given for it to work. i only use the wash and occasionaly the cream, never the toner, and it works fine after a month. also on bad breakouts add some Equate achene cream to the spots, its only like 1.50 at walmart, and its gone in a day.

Pros:

product works well. i dont really have acne, just dry skin. for those of you who have redness or iritation ask for the gental formula kit. I LOVE IT.

Cons:

i worked for proactiv a long time ago. i dont necessarily agree with some of the policies. some of the csr's are nasty, but some of the customers treat them like crap, just for doing their job. i know people dont want to listen to a million options

you have other than to cancel the accoutn, but listen up ITS THEIR JOB. they dont call you up and scream at you for doing ur job so you shouldn't do it either!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Pros:

I can't think of a good thing about this product.

Cons:

This dried my face up so severely bad I had to stop using any face soap for a few days and apply moisturizer three times a day. This also didn't lather enough to do anything with. It isn't worth the cost.

Make sure that you read all the fine print. I was unaware that they would send me a new shipment every month and immediately charge my credit card. It took three weeks for them to credit me back and the representative said they would fully credit me, including reimbursing me for shipping. However when I called proactiv back, she said they weren't allowed to pay me back for shipping. This company is a rip off and they take advantage of customers. I will not buy from them again or recommend them to anybody!

Pros:

Your face will glow. It will be incredibly smooth and beautifully toned. I love this stuff.

Cons:

Maybe just a bit expensive and you may have dry skin. (they suggest using it less frequently if so). For some people, they may feel like they have sensitive skin to the touch.

Some people, unfortunately have had some bad luck with this product.A lot of it has to do with your skin type. Some people may not get good reactions to is while others will. Sometimes you need to give it time to see it work. A few weeks isn't enough. I understand the frustrations though. Just do the 60 day trial first. I think if it hasn't satisfied you by the end of that, then you have your answer. This way, you can get your money back . I don't suggest buying the expensive stuff until you know it will work for you first. I have very sensitive skin and Proactiv actually has worked well for me. I would like to recommend it but not everyone can get the results they really want. Few do. It's all in your skin type. :)

Pros:

It smoothes out bumpy skin, eventually it becomes very smooth and soft. Tingly and 'fresh' feeling.

Cons:

SO expensive, also seems to take an incredibly long time to get rid of red marks - I can't actually tell if it helps with this at all. Also causes dryness and doesn't prevent outbreaks.

I've been using this product for a pretty long time. It's become something I feel quite dependent on, as its the first proper skin product I've invested in and I really wanted it to work, also my skin tone is better than it was before I started using it, so I'm kind of afraid to stop! However, I've come to realise it will never rid me of acne, at best it'll just keep my skin smooth (looks ok with a lot of make up basically). It's way too expensive to carry on using when it's not solving the problem entirely so I'm finally going to end my subscription! To be honest it's a mediocre product with fancy adverts and reputation.
