Pros:

I can't think of any.

Cons:

Everything

I don't really care how well it works. This product is HELL and so is the company. My son uses it and recently I renovated my bathroom after 25 years. The first week my brand new cream colored marble counter top, marble floor and one of the custom vanity doors has been completely ruined by this stuff. I have spots and rings from the bottom of one of the bottles etched right into the marble. It has eaten right into the stone. I called professionals and was told my $2000. countertop is ruined beyond repair. I won't even mention what it has done to my bedding and towels. I called and e-mailed the company many times and the only response I got was them wanting to know if I wanted more Proactiv. Note that the only warning mentioned on the last page of their booklet that warns that it should be kept away from colored carpet. I am furious. Imagine what this stuff does to SKIN if it can eat right through MARBLE.

Pros:

Clears up face within the first week of using. In my case, the first night.

Cons:

After a while, your skin gets used to it and it stops working. For me, it kept my acne under control, but it still broke out. Also, the price is way to high, and it doesn't even work that well.

It's not worth the price, and if you're going to use this, you won't be able to finish the bottles since it stops working after three months.

Pros:

Works for the first month on face only

Cons:

Stops working after that
Bleaches sheets, towels, clothes
Doesn't work at all on anywhere but the face

Don't use it! Unless all your sheets, towels, and clothes are white maybe use it for a month after that it wont work! When I used proactive, it was quite a few years ago, I had only tried drug store products. This was my first attempt to get serious about fighting my acne, what a disappointment!

Pros:

Started to work with 3-4 days. Keeps my skin clear with consistent use. The mask works great on occasional pimples--significantly clears them overnight; in 2 nights, they are usually gone.

Cons:

The daily cream dries the skin a bit, so I only use it every other day.

I have been using ProActive for 5 years. I heard about ProActive from my daughter's 30 something friend when we were planning her wedding. I thought, why not give it a try? When I ordered the intro kit, they made sure I knew that I would receive a full kit every couple of months unless I chose to cancel. I find I don't go thru the product in 2 months (forget some days, and don't use the daily cream everyday). It is not a problem to call and have a shipment either postponed or cancelled altogether (I've done both). I did have a shipment that didn't arrive, and when I called they quickly sent another shipment (at no charge). I have had no problems with this company and find them easy to deal with and can always talk to a live person in customer service.

Pros:

I'm sure for some, it works great. For me, I have minor breakouts so I saw little difference.

Cons:

You can't just buy a sample to try. You are now in the "book of the month" club!

I didn't care for the product and switched to something else. However, Proactive sent me more items....at MY cost! When I called to cancel, they told me I had to pay for the shipping. I didn't sign up in their membership yet they put me in it anyway. What a pain! If the product works for you, the recurring shipments will probably be a blessing. If not, you're stuck with shipping charges you shouldn't have to pay for and have to take time out of your day to cancel. I will never use, or recommend, this to any of my friends unless Proactive changes their "mode of operation."

Pros:

It works really good on my face.

Cons:

The cleanser runs out before the rest of the other products, and unfortunately , you can only purchase the whol shabang.

They are terrible when it come to customer service, I think the ladies are working from behind bars. And dont give your credit card ### to them...DO NOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Oh and do not run out your face will suffer withdrawls . And add up the costs your self and match the total you were charged, it's not like they will do anything to fix, its just so you know how much you have in the bank when they are done getting their money...hahaha

Pros:

I'm 29 and this is the 1st face product to work on my oily skin & black heads without over drying my skin. The green tea lotion is EXCELLENT and makes your face feel baby soft.

Cons:

The regular product made my skin dry slightly in the winter but, I changed to their set for sensitive skin and it's working great!
I also wish the product wouldn't take 2 weeks + to arrive, when you're out your skin knows immediately.

If you have oily skin with black heads and occasionally break out - this is the product for you! I've tried everything and this is the best cleanser for your money :) The container for 39.95 last about 2 1/2 - 3 months if you use it sparingly twice a day.

Pros:

slight improvement in acne

Cons:

expensive, only a very slight improvement

Ordered this for my son and was extremely disappointed in this product. After the first few weeks there was a very slight improvement in his acne, but it never came close to going completely away...even after 2 months of use. When I called to cancel, their so called customer service rep was rude and couldn't care less about any feedback on the product.
