Pros:

Acne disappears right before your eyes (not literally but y'all know what i mean),
very easy regiment,
not so harsh that it hurts or burns sensitive skin,
helps reduce oily skin, tho it does dry out your skin but thats what its supposed to do!:),
leaves skin feeling smooth and soft,
and it is just amazing!

Cons:

Now people usually put pricey in this slot but I'm not gonna say so, I have tried other things through dermatologists and a facialist and they gave me Raya products and Repechage products which are very very pricey and hard to get ahold of, but this is a very reasonably priced product especially for the amazing outcome.
Like I said it does dry out skin, but i used the moisture surge in place of the acne solution moisturizer every other day. Which helps tremendously!

I HIGHLY recommend this product, I am almost 20 years of age and I graduated from Cosmetology School and am waiting to take my State Board to start in a Salon, and I wanted my face to be clear for my interview..and it is most definitely getting there! :) I know the price I paid was high but I went all out and got the amazing Face Mask, Acne Solutions Spot Gel, as well as the Acne Solutions Foundation. I also recommend the Acne Solutions Foundation also, it also helps with acne BIG time, and it is VERYY important to be careful what foundation you use, it can alter you regiment, you can be using the best product in the world (which is this one!:)) but be applying a foundation that puts back all the bacteria and junk gunk and funk that you're trying to get rid of. Your skin is very very VERY important and you only get to take care of it once, so take great care of it! :) GoodLuck!:) Hope this helped!

Pros:

It really clears the acne. Every day I wake up, I see differences. It also takes out the redness and the size of the acne overnight. Also does not irritate my skin.

Cons:

It dries you're skin out if you use the moisturizer on the non-breakout spots. Moisterizer also may flake it you scratch it.

This is amazing for me because it really WORKS! I just put it on at night and when I wake up to go use it again, it seems like a miracle has happen to my face! The giant pimples vanish and shrink, and it reduces the redness/ noticability of the acne as well. The moisturizer is a bit drying, and it will burn you're skin if you use it where you don't need it (I just out it on my forhead, where all the acne is) but overall, it works amazing. Also don't scratch anything, because the moisterizer will flake and turn white (but this can be combatted by putting some lotion on over it). CLINIQUE IS THE BEST BOTTOM LINE!!!

Pros:

My daughter's skin is less red and more even-toned, and larger active acne is disappearing. Areas of scarring seem to be fading. Clinique's customer support is terriffic. I chatted with an online rep who encouraged us to continue even when the acne seemed to get worse. She was very helpful. Clinique guarantees their products.

Cons:

Very drying in the first week. Initial breakout around 10 days in. Broke out in areas that had never broken out before. It is a bit expensive.

My daughter is 14 and has moderate acne. Months of dermatologist appointments yielded us strong antibiotics and topicals (E-Mycin, Minocycline, Differin, Retin A, Tazorac). After 5 months of these things, my daughter's face was not any better than when we began treatment. In fact, it just seemed irritated and red. The dermatologist was pushing Isotretinoin even though my daughter's acne was not cystic or severe. We even registered with ipledge. I just could not put those chemicals into her 14-yr-old body. We discontinued those prescription products and are trying eliminating trigger foods from her diet, eating healthier, taking a multi-vitamin with extra Zinc and Omega supplements, and using this kit. It is making a difference. Started using it on July 15th and it was very drying at first. About 10 days in she had a HUGE breakout all over her cheeks. Usually she breaks out on her chin and around her mouth, and on her forehead, so cheek acne was unexpected. At the advice of a Clinique rep, we persisted with the kit, and now her skin is clearing beautifully. She uses the Dramatically Different Moisturizing Gel in addition to the Acne Solutions kit. I hope we see continuing improvement.

Pros:

Cleared up acne slightly, not fragranced, my skin is less oily. I can see slight difference in my skin 15 minutes after using this product.

*note, slight being the key word in that sentence

Cons:

Skin is sometimes temporarly red after step 2, the toner, but it goes away after mostiorizing. Also, step 2 to can sometimes sting a tiny bit, but it goes away very quickly. Paid alot of money, saw minor results. Acne got worse before it got better.

Clinique acne system is an expenisive system that i would only recomend to a friend with very light to light acne.(actually, definetly recomend this to people with very light acne, go for it!) I think it would definetly clear up their acne. However, for people like me, who suffer moderate acne or above, i would recomend trying a different product if you want to see minor results and clearing of the skin results. This product is a decent one, but don't expect to see extremly fast results and totaly clear skin. * I have used this product for a month and a half, twice daily

Pros:

Improved texture. No new cysts. Diminished small bumps. No peeling. Blemishes heal quickly.

Cons:

I had to modify the 3-step system into a 4-step (sometimes 5-step) to get optimal results.

I have been using the 3-step acne system for 1 week now. I modified it a bit by adding the 7-day scrub every time after I cleanse before using the toner. I also use the acne mask 1 or 2 times per week. I also switched to their makeup 1 week ago. This is the best system I have used so far. Does it make my skin perfect? No. However, I am not looking for perfection. The IMPROVEMENT has been amazing. I haven't had any cystic blemishes since using this product line (I always used to have 1 or 2 going on). Also, it has helped with the small bumps that I had all over my cheeks. I really hope that the results continue. I have had no new scarring and hopefully the old scars will fade. The texture of my skin is much better and I am VERY happy with this product. I realize that this system may not work for everyone, but it did work for me. I am very pleased.

Pros:

'light' natural feeling, skn feels incredibly smooth and soft

i have been using Proactiv for about two years and although my skin was never completely clear it looked okay, I got fed up and bought Clinique Acne Solutions after reading good reviews and i am so glad that i did. I've only been using it for about a week and my face is completely free of 'alive' pimples, i had at least 20 on my jawline, i still have acne scars but I'm using the Clinique after treatment spot remover which is making the marks fade. Make sure that you are using the three step system twice a day and that you don't skip one of the steps (especially the moisturizer) because that is the only one of the three bottles that has benzol peroxide in it and that is what is really drying up the pimples/preventing new ones from forming. But don't use too much, a very thin layer works wonders, i use a drop about the size of a penny. A little goes a long way, just coat a thin layer over your entire face.

Pros:

My skin feels very smooth. It is not abrasive (like Proactiv).

Cons:

My skin did break out really badly for about the first week of use, but all of those zits have since gone away. So I would advise using it for a couple of weeks before giving up.

I started using it about 2.5 weeks ago. Before I had been using Proactiv which was ok (I still got pimples but my skin didn't look too bad). Then I stopped and used something else that didn't work. My skin was looking bad. So I decided to try Clinique. The first day after using it my skin looked better. Then for about a week my skin looked A LOT worse. I didn't even want to look in the mirror. I had about 15 little white zits on my chin, and, well, everywhere. I heard that skin does get worse when you first start using something, and I decided to stick it out (about a year ago I started with Murad, it made my skin worse for about a week and I gave up). So now 2.5 weeks have passed and I think my skin is MUCH better. I only have 1 big pimple right now (when I started I had about 10 big pimples), and since it's been only 2.5 weeks, I think that in another couple of weeks my skin will be clear (though I will post back if I was wrong).

Pros:

It smells ok. Very light foam cleanser.

Cons:

I'm still awaiting results and I've been using this for about a month. I really don't see any improvements. The Benzoyl lotion is too light and can be quite bothersome.

It's typical for my skin. I'm 27 y/o and have been struggling w/ acne since I was 11. I've always had mild acne but somehow it's been unmanageable for almost a year now. I'd suggest trying it only b/c it seems that acne products are all trial and error. Some will work better than others. I've never found a real cure, if there is one. If this was going to work for me, I think i would've at least seen a slight improvement but so far absolutely nothing. I'll try the starter kit until it finishes and then i'll be back on the quest for a new product.
