Pros:

noneee

Cons:

everythinggg

i hate murad!! i used everything in the package except the cleanser twice a day for a week, and i broke out like crazyy! i know they said it's just the purging process, but my skin wasn't even bad to begin with and it made me break out everywhere. i started getting small and painful bumps all over my cheeks and jawline, which has never happened before. my friends have used murad before and it hasn't helped them either; i don't know why i even bothered. it's not worth it at all!! it's been 2 weeks since i've stopped using it, and my skin has improved, but it's still recovering from that awful murad! stay awayy!!

Pros:

skin perfecting lotion

Cons:

everything else

skin perfecting lotion is only a moisturizer, so it does its job. facewash is nice and cool but did nothing to clear my skin. neither did the gel or spot treatment. i wouldnt waste my money on this again

Pros:

The cleanser really cleans your face well!

Cons:

The acne spot treatment RUINED my face!

After using countless products,(neutrogena, clearasil, clean&clear, just to name a few products that gave me mediocre results)I wanted to see if there were any better products out there and had seen infomercials on acne complex which made it seem absolutely amazing.Well I wish I had read this message board before buying that sh** called acne complex. I used that junk (I'm mainly referring to spot treatment) for under two weeks and it not only made my face dry and flaky around my mouth which even mousturizers couldn't repair, but it also BURNED like NONE OTHER when I applied it sparingly on the few pimples I had! I will admit it cleared some of my acne pimples, however though, in replace of the pimples, it left my inner cheeks and upper forehead TOMATO RED! It looks somewhat like rosacea and I'm praying it won't lead to scarring. To sum this ordeal up, I just want to strongly advise you to not make the same mistake I made! Instead, buy Proactiv, a MUCH better product in my opinion.

Pros:

The skin perfecting lotion is superb. The Retinol is the key.

Cons:

1.7oz is great, but a little small.

If you find that one of these products in the regimen works for you, buy it separately. Do not be a bias idiot after one use. I doubt after one use your face is catching on fire; lets get a grip people.

Pros:

none, really.

Cons:

Did not work for me. Very expensive, caused worse breakouts after using for 4 weeks

We are all different, so it may work for you, but I felt like Proactiv was better than this.

Pros:

Nice looking

Cons:

Small bottles, did nothing for my acne.

Not worth it.

Pros:

gets rid of blackheads, comes with a moisturizer, spot treatment gets rid of new blemishes

Cons:

stings a little, expensive

Don't use the exfoliatiing gel as often as advised by the box. I use the lotion from the kit once every day, and another non-irritating lotion the rest of the time. Although this seems to not work well for some people, I have used this for a while now and have seen far fewer new blemishes. My skin looks good. It's expensive but potentially worth it. Just pay attention to the signals your skin sends you--if it hurts, slow down with the acids and sulfur and moisturize it.

Pros:

The lotion was nice and it smells alright.

Cons:

The gel was horrible. I would never trust another alpha-hydroxy product because of what murad did. It drys up the skin badly and I think the use of the spot on treatment right after which contains sulfer irritates the skin alot more.

Do Not use it...I got it for free and decided to use it... I had mild acne and it did not really bother me even when people would point it out... However this product made me feel bad about my skin, I never had pimple on my neck and chin before this and that was the biggest let down. Other then those it did not cure the rest of my face at all, although it did not make it as bad as my neck. Anywho do not use

Pros:

clears skin in weeks.

Cons:

treatment gel dries out skin.

it has helped like nothing else i think the people get bad results because they use the acne treatment gel too much. i use it only once every other night and the cleanser and lotion twice a day every day and the regimen works perfect. its been 2 months and i have no whiteheads or blackheads or nothing. this really has worked miracles on my skin. i tried proactiv and that didnt work for me.

Pros:

None

Cons:

Lotion is greasy

This product is total CRAPPP! such a gimic. I used Proactiv before and it cleared my skin id say about 90%. I seen the infomercial for Murad and thought that maybe Murad would be a better choice thinking it would work better than Proactiv. This was a huge I repeat HUGE mistake. At first It made my skin break out in little little bumps. I thought that the product was just working into my skin but then after a week of using it it made my little breakouts HUGE that seem take forever to heal alot longer than usual. I've been using this product for 6 weeks thinking that it just needs more time but I keep getting breakouts and a lot are in the same places that i've already had them. It should be healing them not causing more and more breakouts in the same place every week.. im definatly giving up now i've been noticing that this product is causing more damage to my skin than any other product i've ever used before.. I'm switching most likely back to Proactiv or go to a Dermatologist now.
