Pros:

Returning was easy. Reduces irritation and swelling for a little bit.

Cons:

Burns skin, leaves red marks, makes acne worse so plus you have burn marks on your skin.

I thought it worked at first. It will calm down a zit for awhile, and if it's a minor zit, it will go away after that (which it would of anyway), but most of the time it just pisses the zits off. It stalls them out until they decide to fight and come back bigger and badder then ever. It may even stall it for a day or two. On top of that, it burns your skin and leaves marks which makes the zits feel and look beat red and horrible. They don't want you to use it more then 3 times per zit cause of the burning effects. This product made my acne worse.

Pros:

Makes pimples hurt less. Significantly reduces the size and inflammation (and i think it prevents them from becoming white)

Cons:

kind of expensive and after 60 uses you have to replace the tip for about 20 bucks i think.

I reccomend this to everyone. It says that it is not for cystic acne but i use it on my huge ones that are painful and it stops the pain and reduces the pimple. Some people are saying that it is not for people with severe acne, but i have extremely bad skin with a lot of cysts in my cheeks and when i use zeno on the really painful ones it calms the swelling and pain. Afterall, one less pimple is one less no matter what.

Pros:

Effectively kills the zit

Cons:

Not for severe acne, but it says this in the manual

Zeno is great for people with light-moderate acne. Be aware 1st that it says in the directions that it is NOT for severe acne. Been using it for about 6 weeks & my skin is very fair & sensitive. It is warm, but did NOT irritate or injure my skin. In fact, paraffin wax in a beauty salon is hotter than Zeno! I usually have about 3-4 zits on my face (sometimes neck too) & Zeno works wonders on them -- they decrease immediately in size & disappear within a day, as long as I don't pick or pop & I treat when the zit 1st shows. No regrets here!

Pros:

DOES works on cystic ance that hasn't yet or barely broke the surface of the skin.

Cons:

does NOT work on whiteheads, blackheads or red marks or scars. actually might cause a little scarring or iritation if used to often.

I've burned myself with it once on a cyst zit that hadn't broke the surface yet and developed a lovely blister but no zit. then I was a genius and popped the blister and develpoed a huge red mark type burn on my face. I did use it to much on that paticular zit. live and learn. overall good product but use with extreme caution.

Pros:

Soothing, works great if used as directed

Made all the difference in my breakouts. I usually only need to use it once or twice per pimple and my pimples go away by the next day. I have found it to work well on both huge pimples and tiny ones. It is the huge ones that I may need to use it on a few times. No scarring or peeling skin. It feels very soothing. Good skin care is still necessary, so don't stop washing your face just because you used Zeno.

Pros:

effective, quality product, works on big and small pimples

I recommend Zeno. It has worked miracles on several recurring spots of pimples on my face, big and small. It kills whatever it is that causes the new pimple to form before it has a chance to scar the skin, just don't pop the pimple. I still have 3 lights left out of 4 on my tip so I'm still good to go for about another 6 months, and it definitely does not get hot enough to cause any type of burn, but I would not use it in combination with a treatment or cream or prescription that causes skin sensitivity or irritation. I've even used it for an occasional pimple on my back from workouts. I'm definitely satisfied and recommend it to others.

Pros:

zilch, nada, nought, nothing, rein

Cons:

I had to order this from America, when i finally got it after 3 weeks and a loss of 230 bucks, my hope sank almost immediately, does nothing!

Nice advertising on websites. Watch out for sites with rave reviews, even this one, most of them are directly from the company making the product

Pros:

Flattens Cystic acne before it inflames, Stops some milder forms of acne.

Cons:

You have to be able to catch the acne early enough. If you don't it just makes it worse. And even though it does flatten cystic acne and some other types of acne that are further along (not just forming) it causes dark spots to form and discomfort.

If your out of ideas or only have mild acne its proabably worth a try. If you can't predict when your acne's going to flare up until its already formed a ball beneath you skill then don't bother. It doesn't work well enough for it's cost and the replacement cartridges are expensive.

Pros:

Feels nice and toasty on your face.

Cons:

Expensive. Did not work for me.

Zeno did not work for me. A gentleman stated putting warm water in a sandwhich bag and it will do just the same. Honestly, I will have to agree with him. I think the aggrivating thing is I chase pimples on a daily basis. I might wake up thinking my skin looks ok by the end of the day there are 5 more zits popping out. I would be using the zeno for hours! Maybe if you have great skin and an occasional zit this will work for you! But at 35 I am suffering with breakouts! Good luck!

Pros:

instantly reduces size of almost all pimples
30 day money back

Cons:

leaves slight red mark but nothing a little ice cant fix
have to replace tips (costly)

although this product is costly if you have been struggling with acne and cant find relief this is the answer. i had a pimple on my cheek that wouldnt go away no matter how much cream i used and just two treatmeants from the zeno and it was almost gone i think this is worth the money if you have tried everything for your ance and nothing seems to help
