Pros:

It does come all together in on package. I also like the fact that you can purchase wash seperate

Cons:

Did any one notice that the formula changed? The wash has large abrasive ganules. I can hardly get it to come out of the bottle.

I had a lot of faith in this product. It really seemed to help clear up my face. I have an OCD where i pick, and I relied so much on this product to help clear away my blemishes. I just purchased the 19.99 system and noticed a difference in the formula.. I am very unhappy now with the system. The wash was my favorite. I wont waste my money again.

Pros:

Clears you up nicely.. maybe not completely, but its still the best I've found. Good for combination skin

Cons:

Makes the skin slightly sensitive and wouldn't use it if you are going to be in the sun.

I have used ProActive and it made my skin worse. I figured I would try this because I like acne systems, which seem to be better for combination skin. I had used it before and it worked well. It did make my skin sensitive for the first couple of weeks, but didn't dry it out-made it smooth and soft. The smell of the toner is a little funky, but the Retinal Renewer smells good. I found the package and the bottles give you different instructions for use, but I followed the ones on the bottle and it worked well. You have to shake the wash to get all the ingredients. I know other people say the consistency is different each time, but it was the same for me. I am hoping this works as well this time as it did last time!

This stuff is pure CRAP. Its made my face 100 times worse, it's dried my face out, and irratated it to the higest level, my face stings constantly and itches, i've tried putting vitamin enriched lotion on my face to help it, but that doesnt work, it stings so bad, it feels worse than putting salt into an open wound, and I havent used this stuff in a couple days and my face still hurts and is bright red all over. It is not worth your money. The repair lotion doesnt repair it hurts, the toner is crap and the cleanser smells bad...so does the toner. It has made my small pimples into SCARS, no I havent popped them or anything it literally turned my small pimples into BRIGHT RED SCARS.

Makes your face worse

I tried it and it completly broke out my face. Made it worse then ever. After 2 months acne is still persistent and now my face is scared. I consistently break out and most of the time i will get painful deep pimples. I hate this and was hoping it would work.

Pros:

None aside from affordability.

Cons:

Horrible exfoliant. My skin was always REALLY flaky. It smells horrible. I got deep painful pimples all over my face which wasn't even a problem I had before I started using it. After a couple months of using it I am now left with dark spots.

Do not buy this product! I had a similar experience to Heather's. I also RUINED my skin. Hopefully my scars and dark spots will go away. I am back on proactive now and in less than a week I've seen significant improvement to the quality of my skin. Acne Free left it dull and flaky. Bottom line, DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.

Pros:

I saw results overnight and after a week it's still working.

Cons:

Just a little dryness. I bought the AcneFree Pimple Peel and PH Moturizer and both help alot.

Great stuff for the money and doesn't irritate your skin.

Pros:

affordable, dont have to wait for it in the mail.

Cons:

made acne worse. The 'terminator" too strong.

dont use if you have sensitive skin.

Pros:

Effectively eliminates majority of my acne problems.

Cons:

The scrub is way too harsh on my skin and the toner is not really necessary unless you wear foundation.

Your favorite scrub and the repairing lotion are all you need. Be patient when you apply the repairing lotion it takes 10 to 15 mins to fully absorb.
