Pros:

The bottom line is that if you are consistent and use this product every morning and every evening, it will help tremendously. I recently bought the Acne-free Severe Acne Treatment and it works even better...I love it!

Cons:

My skin still feels a little oily at times, but it DEFINITELY doesn't dry it out! I never had any skin problems until I was in my 30's. Nothing worked...until this. YOU MUST BE CONSISTENT AND USE IT DAY AND NIGHT. Drink LOTS of water, also!

I liked the regular Acne-Free formula, but the Severe Acne-Free Treatment is probably about 50% better, which is hard to believe! Go for it...it's worth it for about $25.00 per month.

AcneFree works soooo well on my face! I absolutley LOVE it! The 3-step system is fun too! I was so excited when I first got it, within about 4-5 days my face was zit-free! I don't suffer from that bad of acne, just a few pimples here and there, but it sure clears them up. My chin was the worst spot. And now it is smooth with no pimples! I have the 2-step scar erase solution too. It all works great and I recommend it to everyone!

Burns!

Cons:

Burns
Burns
BURNS!!

All this did was burn my face. Nothing good happened when using this. It also stains things easily.

Pros:

- Kind of worked
- Nicely designed system

Cons:

- A bit pricey (better priced than Proactiv though)
- Chemicals

I used this back a couple years ago. It's somewhat similar to Proactiv and Dan's Regimen (the main ingredient is Benzoyl Peroxide). It kind of helped, yet it didn't satisfy me. The bottles were nicely shaped and designed, and I remember the stuff smelling good. You have to realize though that this is merely a bandage solution to acne. Once you stop slathering chemicals on your face, the acne comes back. Acne is an internal problem. I've been using lemon treatment and it's been clearing me up

Pros:

it smells like vanilla
but vanilla cant clear my face
so basicly no pros

Cons:

burns horribly
makes face bumpy
doesnt wash off well
doesnt clear
the brush is hard like a toothbrush
basicly doesnt work

my acne wasnt clearing with proactiv or anythin else. i had tried proactiv for almost two years. the thing is my skin is super sensitive, so when i saw acnefree in walmart for sensitive skin, i was thrilled cause it was the only sensitive thing ive seen. i desided not to use the brush after the first time because it is hard and abrasive like somthing youd scrub pots with. it seemed alittle harsh, so i only used the three steps once a day instead of the recomended twice. by the third day, my face was red and in a ton of pain, just like a sunburn! i wasnt even in the sun. as i write this im holding ice to my face. i actually think i have more breakouts, and they are peely, red, painful, and ichy. im so scared that they are going to scar. it basicly causes a chemical burn. they pass it off as for sensitive skin cause the wash has some oats in it. id rather eat me a bowl of oatmeal and spend my 20 bucks on some really good concealer. whats bad is i start my senior year in a week. i would never recomend this for someone with sensitive skin, cause when youre done you might not have any skin. be pretty, not painful. i plan on searching for another type of gentle soap that will clear my bad breakouts without killing my skin forever, anyone know of any?

Pros:

Clears acne!

Inexpensive - available

Cons:

Ran out of toner and lotion within three weeks, yet one bottle of cleanser lasts months - cannot buy items separately

Took longer to take effect than promised

This system worked well for clearing the moderate acne that I had. It took longer to work than promised, but it gave me almost completely clear skin. My only disappointment with this is that I had to buy multiple boxes when I ran quickly ran out of steps 2 & 3, when I hadn't even used half of step 1. (The bottles are not equal if you are planning on using all 3 steps twice daily) (Items should be sold separately) The product itself is very satisfactory! I'd recommend it to anyone who want's to clear their acne. (It's worth having to buy a few boxes)

Pros:

Works kind of like proactive

Cons:

-didnt work
-too much hassle
-expensive
-dries skin

I didnt like this AT ALL. It was expensive, it was a hassle, and it DID. NOT. WORK. I did it for two whole months, and nothing changed.... NOTHING! If your acne is so severe that you try this stuff, you might as well go to a pharmacy and pick up some Woman or Men one-a-day-for-teen (or adults) brand vitamins. Those seemed to help my little sis who had bad acne, and it cleared her right up. Check out the baking soda mask too, that works for most.

Pros:

- Softens skin
- Easy to use

Cons:

- No long-term benefits
- Didn't control oil on skin
- Pricy, depending on where you buy it

After Proactive failed to give me results, I thought I'd try AcneFree. It claimed it was around 60% more effective than Proactive. When I first started to use it, I enjoyed how soft it made my skin and how fresh my face felt. A week into it, I still saw no improvement in my *acne,* just my skin texture. Still, I was optimistic and soldiered on. A month later, not only was my acne unimproved, but the softness and freshness I initially experienced was long gone, just like my hope for this product. My skin is very oily and acne-prone, and AcneFree couldn't handle the oil and improve my acne. Just like Proactive, it started out promising only to taper off and lose all effectiveness. That is my little experience. I truly hope this works for others, and I know people with milder acne and dryer skin that benefited from it. But keep this in mind: if your acne is stubborn, resistant, and you struggle with oily skin, pass on AcneFree. The claims on the packaging may tempt you, but it doesn't pull through in the end. I've tried a lot of 3-step kits like this one, and unfortunately, you end up paying for more products that don't work. You'll find cheaper products that stand alone because they do work. I kept searching and it paid off. I'm currently using PanOxyl, which is half the price by the way. Hope I saved some one out there time and money.

Pros:

worked for a couple of days

Cons:

dries up skin
irritates the skin

I used this product for 4 days and had to quit due to skin irritation. As others have stated, it dried out my skin and it feels as if I have a rash on my face. I used proactiv and I never had a problem with it. I wouldn't recommend this product to anybody.

Pros:

....

Cons:

Skin is gone.. feels like scales
Is that swollen.. yes!!!
Redddd face!
Hurts to smile and put water on my face

I only used this product one day and three days later I STILL feel like I have a severe sunburn on my face. I have cried because of how stupid I look and how painful it is. I feel like a fish and my face is raw and swollen, and I have take accutane so I'm a trooper when it comes to side effects.. THIS SUCKS! I realllly want my money back, I don't know if I can though, what a waste
