Pros:

Cleared up my skin within the first week

Cons:

After 2 months of use, my face and neck turned red and swelled up like I had a horrible sunburn!

I loved this product because it DID work; however, I believe they may have changed the ingredients after I initially started using it. I am 29 and have never had an allergic reaction to anything, but my body did not agree with something in this product. I was so happy that my acne had finally cleared up and I felt like ME again....but all of the sudden I broke out in hive-like bumps all over my face and neck. They itched horribly and ended up swelling severely. I even had to miss work for 4 days because I could not see my computer screen! The strangest thing was that I had been using it for 2-3 months before anything bad occured. Now I'm scared to use anything else, thus my breakouts are back :(

Pros:

I used AcneFree at two different times. First I used it a couple of years ago and it worked for a little, and it was good priced. Then used it again recently, and it worked okay, but slow.

Cons:

First time: My skin got used to it, wasn't consistant, when came off of it, got more pimples.
2nd time: not many problems, both: slow
bottles are different proportions, and ran out of different ones at diff. times.

I recommend this for people who don't have much acne. It worked too slow, and my skin got too dependent, and it started to get resistant to the substance. It was fairly easy to use, and smelt nice. A good price. I wouldn't really use that much again, maybe if I had like very little acne.

Pros:

-Not too expensive

Cons:

-Extremely gritty lotion. It made my skin much more irritated than anything I've ever used
-Cleaner was too soapy and didn't have enough exfoliating beads

Yes, it is a cheap alternative to Proactiv, but just remember, you get what you pay for. I never saw any difference in using AcneFree.

Pros:

Cleared up my skin in days. I was using Proactive but it was making my skin break out in different areas and different forms! I noticed a drastic change immediatley

Don't have anything yet

Pros:

made my skin all the same color rather than blochy

Cons:

after first day my face looked like i'd been sitting in the sun for 2days! i can't open my eyes all the way, and it hurts to smile(skin is swollen all over)around my mouth and on my forehead i have these tiny whiteheads(never had one b4)

please do not purchase this product! You will regret it. i have seen reviews on other sites that say that the sunburn feeling is o.k.!!?? my face is so red and swollen i cannot leave my house, and also can not put on makeup

Pros:

The Purifying cleanser feels very smooth.
It was easy to find the product locally.
Cheep compared to other 3 step systems.

Cons:

The Renewing toner uncomfortably dried out my skin.
I kept mixing up the Purifying cleanser and Renewing toner bottles because they looked the same.
As gross as this is the Repairing Lotion smells a bit like dog poo.

I'd been controlling my acne for over a year using Proactive but it's very expensive so I thought I'd give this stuff a try. The product didn't work at all to fight acne. You should save your money and try something else.

Pros:

cheap, easy to use.

Cons:

none as of yet.

Basicly this product is great for light acne, anything servere you should find something better. People say it burns but that is only cause they have bad acne and pick at it which hopens the wounds then which the toner will burn. "Don't pick at you face!!" If you find it drys it out use a face cream after the repair...I suggest complex 15 very good and oil free.

Did not work at all. Been using it for over a month and I have produced more acne now then before i started using the product.

I would'nt purchase this product again. I actually wish i could get my money back.

Pros:

Cons:

It didn't really help me at all. If anything it made it worse. It doesn't get rid of anything, just I get more now. I don't recommend at all.

Made my skin worse, and it can be painful. Not recommended.

Pros:

USE ONLY THE TONER AND LOTION. DON'T USE THE WASH. GET SOMETHING ELSE TO REPLACE IT SUCH AS NEUTROGENA WASH PRODUCTS.

Cons:

If you quit using it you'll break out bad.

This stuff works on most people.
