Pros:

Made skin feel nice and smooth, didn't dry face out too much

Cons:

Stopped working after about a month of use. Acne came back and just kept getting worse.

I was very excited with this system after it cleared my face up after a couple weeks of use, but within a few weeks all my acne was back. I kept using this system for a few months and it never improved my acne.

Pros:

I used the Acnefree Severe System. After a month it made my skin smooth and the scars from my previous acne were eventually going away.

Cons:

The first 3 weeks for me was really bad because my skin was red, flaky, and new bumps kept appearing.

I would definetly recommend it to anyone who has severe or moderate acne because you can really see the results if you persistently use it twice a day with following the steps.New bumps may appear while your using it but it doesn't mean it's not working because really, your skin is adjusting to the medication.Mine took almost 2 months to become clear and 2-3 months is typically how long it takes for any acne products to give you visibly clear results.

Pros:

Cleared out my acne in about a month
Works fast
Cheap and can be found at Wal-Mart

Cons:

Dries out the skin
Peeling of skin

This medication worked great on my skin! I've been on Accutane before and right after I got off that my acne just appeared all over again. My mother found this at Wal-Mart and picked it up for me and I used it for a month and it's keeping my acne away. It's amazing and fast working! Only problem is it dries the skin out but I would rather have a clear face then having acne. :)

Pros:

It works for me

Cons:

none

I am 50 years old and have had acne since I was 26 years old , I seen this in the store marked down and thought what the heck, had pretty much figured this was what my skin was going to look like . So I was pleasantly surprised when my face started to clear up even the little hard bumps that never go away were gone! And it doesn't dry out my skin .I bought the one with four items it is about $20.00 and lasts amost 2 months I think thats a good deal for anyones price range, But for me not to have acne like I did is priceless !!!

Pros:

clears acne fast
smells nice
easy, convienent, and cheap

Cons:

made skin a little dry, but can be fixed

i've read a lot about people's skin getting really dry with the severe system, but these can be easily fixed by wearing a moisturizer, i recommend either clinique or clean and clear brand. this stuff cleared my acne, and i don't break out anymore. however it did not shrink my pore size, but thats not what its meant to do anyway. this product is amazing!

Pros:

saw results after 3 days
sold in walgreens or Ulta!
love the retinol cream but can't be used every night-too drying

Cons:

still have breakouts but much less
very drying
cleanser doesn't completly remove dry dead skin
red spots from where acne use to be-will go away after a few days

I've been useing Acnefree Severe for a little over two weeks now. This product works very well. I was useing Clean and Clear Advanced and was not happy with it. In a matter of three days I was able to see my acne going away. It does dry out your skin and can make it itchy and red. You must use a moisturizer after. I stoped useing the retinol cream because it was makeing my skin too sensitve. That stuff is amazing! Like all acne medications, you have to give it 6-8 weeks to see if the product will work for your skin. Not all products will work for everyone. AcneFree may give you a big breakout because it is pulling all the bacteria from your pores and bringing it to the surface. Do not give up after a week because you are breaking out and have dry skin. You can also start off useing the creams everyother day to get your skin use to the product. Use moisturizer and continue to use the product for about a month before you get rid of it. They also have a money back guarentee!

Pros:

It works for me! Been clear for over a month.

Cons:

Makes skin dry.
Orange bottles are unattractive. Orange is not the new pink.

I use the AcneFree Severe 4-part kit that I got at CVS. It comes in orange bottles. The only part of this kit that I really use is the Benzoyl Peroxide lotion. I used to use 10% BP cream as a spot treatment on affected areas and it would help some, but it would never be a final solution. I used this 10% BP lotion all over my face, and my face has been CLEAR for about a month now. I even weathered my most recent period without issue, even though I usually get hormonal breakouts. I used to pick a lot too, which I am working on stopping. I used to say that "I wouldn't have to pick if there was nothing to pick at," which is a fallacy, because picking can clog pores, and definitely damages skin, making it more susceptible to future breakouts. However, for the first time in a long time, there really is nothing to pick! My skin is clear and smooth, and there are no blemishes, not even little ones. I put the lotion on every night, and after a few nights (especially because its winter) the skin around my mouth and on my cheeks will get dry. When that happens I just use a light moisturizer on the dry areas (non-medicated) and continue to put the BP lotion on my forehead.
