Pros:

it cleared up my skin overnight and it looks great! they also have a line for sensitive skin now, works great! also my skin is so soft :)

Cons:

it has stained some of my pillows because of the bleach, it says to do 2-3 times a day so you might as well not apply makeup unless you dont care about re-applying, also has dried out my skin around corners of mouth and nose

i have sensitive skin and i found a sensitive skin acne free for less than $20 at walmart and i love how it is just wash, lotion, and spot treatment, i hate dealing with toners. within a day i noticed a difference in my skin and so has friends and family. even though it is for sensitive skin it did dry my skin out around my mouth and nose but cetaphil lotion is oil free and very light weight it did the trick. i am 21 and have been suffering since highschool this has helped within a few days and even helped with scarring. love it!

Pros:

Worked quickly for me. Did not dry my skin. Made pores appear smaller. Affordable.

Cons:

Can't purchase the products separately, with the exception of the cleanser.

I don't think this product is designed for those with sensitive or combination skin, but for those with oilier, thicker skins, it should work. I used the AcneFree Severe kit, and it significantly reduced my breakouts within a couple of weeks. I didn't peel at all, even with the 10% BP solution. I rarely get cysts anymore -- I think I've had maybe 2 since I started using this 10 months ago. And those were quickly zapped with Mario Badescu's Buffering Lotion. I do get a large pimple about once a month, but it's a vast improvement over what I looked like before. I had a better experience with AcneFree than I did with prescription medications or other OTC products.

Pros:

Cons:

runny lotion and smells weird

it's a great product but for me i combined proactiv and acne free i think you should pick what's best for you between the systems because some parts will work extremely well for you and some won't for me i switched the lotions and all i have left now are the dark spots which will eventually fade

i used dis product n finally im free!! but i used acne free SEVERE n i used the pro-activ repairing lotion instead of the one they gave me n its da best thing EVER!!

Pros:

Doesn't dry skin out. Good price. Effective.

Cons:

Didn't clear my skin completely. It did make it much better. It made my skin a lot smoother too.

Pros:

I've been using this for about a year. For the most part it keeps my skin clear (only the acne..I still have scars and red marks). Every once in a while I'll flare up a bit, but that's probably do to hormones.

Cons:

If I use too much of the lotion my face dries out a lot. Use a tiny bit.

I've had moderate acne for 11 years. I've tried everything out there except for Accutane, and that's only because I can't find a doctor around here licensed to prescribe it. I found one an hour away but she wouldn't give it to me because I didn't live near by.. said "I need to be close to you incase anything happens!"..whatever. A few friends of mine, who's acne wasn't nearly as bad as mine, had been using AcneFree so I figured I'd give it a shot. It works the best out of anything I've tried. I recently flared up pretty bad.. I think it was a mixture of pms and this non oil free sunscreen I had been using when going to the pool. I bought the AcneFree Severe to try that since it says it works faster. I've been using it for four days and so far my face is just insanely dry. We'll see. I might switch back to the normal AcneFree.

Pros:

Affordable, reliable

Cons:

A bit drying, but my skin's texture evened out within a week

I love these products. I've tried many different brands, including some prescription skin care regimens and I've had the most luck with this product line. My skin is even and my breakouts have decreased by about 90%.

Pros:

Was the only product that didn't make my face worse and actually worked.

Cons:

I'm having a hard time finding the facewash only. They sell it seperate from the 3 pack and its only $5.99. I don't want to spend $20 to only use the facewash.

I am a black woman and was + this product wouldn't work for me but I was desperate so I caved in. In the beginning I bought the 3 pack that includes the face wash, toner and lotion. I never really used the toner and lotion cause I didn't like the smell so I stuck with the facewash and it works wonders. Everytime I run out my face slowly starts to break out again. I am almost completely clear -a few scars on the side but barely noticeable.

drys skin

i have really bad ance i mean bad so i started using the 3 step system for cler skin and its working. i a, going to start to use the sever acne system and hope that works. but use this stuff it works.
