Pros:

This product works GREAT!!! I have tried many products including many prescription products, such as Retin-A, Differin, etc., and none of these products worked as well as Acnefree, and Acnefree is much more affordable.

Cons:

Cannot buy the renewing toner individually in stores.
Causes discoloration to clothing.

I started seeing results with this product within a week and have been using Acnefree for a little over a year now with no breakouts or problems.

I have always had beautiful skin, but lately, over the last three months have had major break-outs. My skin has always been dry, but it seemed a little oily due to the acne. My husband suggested acne free as one of his ex girlfriends had great success with it. It felt ok on my skin, although the lotion felt like it had little granules in it and did not rub in well. After two days of use my skin developed this scaley, itchy, red rash. So I have stopped using the product. I guess I have sensitive skin. My skin has since cleared up. Althoguh I get the occasional pimple then I use the clenser only on that area and apply a small amount of lotion as a spot treatment. This seems to work. I use a regular moisturizer on the rest of my skin. I guess if you are dry with pimples do not use it all the time and all over your face. Also it bleached my nice towels! Oh well!

Pros:

Bought AcneFree Severe AND AcneFree ScarFade: low cost, timely results. followed all four steps am and pm the first week. 2nd week, washed with cleanser and followed with ScarFade lotion ONLY (not the sunscreen) in the am, all four steps in pm.

Cons:

extreme dryness/flakiness the first week. also appearance of more breakouts 3 or 4 day, but faded quickly (as the BP brings impurities to surface). ScarFade had to be used very lightly at first (1-2 tiny zits), but amazing results.

i have a history of cystic acne, but NOTHING like what ive been battling since July (ice cream season). B/C cystic acne eruptions are so deep, LIFESTYLE CHANGES MUST BE MADE. i had to get more sleep, reduce my stress, and STOP EATING SUGAR/FRIED FOODS. think about it: bacteria causes acne, and bacteria is fed by GLUCOSE. throw in that i was stressed all the time--my acne was a red flag (in the form of dozens of ugly cysts and pustules) that i needed to CHANGE my habits. not easy. but worth it. i only invested in ACNEFREE this past December to clean up the rest of what had been diminished by my lifestyle change. and after the first week, i could see a difference. my results probably would have been more dramatic if i cut out sugar altogether (a difficult thing to do over the holidays). i was faithful with the regimen, and also took 2 "Zinc For Acne"(found at Vitamin World) 3 times a day. my face looks awesome!! seriously, u gotta cut the sugar, though. good luck!!

Pros:

Cheap

Cons:

Causes more acne; reparing lotion is too grainy

This is the WORST product I have ever used on my skin. This product is to blame for the large cysts I got on my face, which lead to my scaring. I decided to use this before I tried Proactiv -- worst thing I could've ever done. It made my skin at its worst state ever. I'd have awful white heads on my face all the time and large painful zits. It lead to major scaring for me. It has permentaly damaged my skin. It didn't get rid of any of my acne, it just caused more. I hope this product rots in hell. It's awful, awful, awful.

Pros:

Easy to use.

Nothing is fool proof. Acne Free works for a lot of people and works very well. Proactiv I am sure does the same, depending on the person. The difference bewtween the 2 is the cost. Acne Free is so affordable. There are instances for Proactiv that cause people to break out more and they spent all the money! Acne Free is not going to be overnight for everyone, and ACNE has a lot to do with hygeine, and diet also. So if its not working for you. Check out those other aspects in your life. If you use the system and then lay your clean face on a dirty oily pillow case and constantly touch your face maybe that is contributing to your acne troubles.

Only product that ever worked for me! Changed my life!
Normally I don't go out of my way to review things but I couldn't help myself when it is a product that literally changed my life! I have suffered with acne for over 20 years, It was hard on my confidence and really can hold you back from living a normal life. I got to the point where I just kind of accepted it would be something I always would struggle with even into my mid 30's. I was at the store and saw that this product was very affordable and remember reading a few positive reviews on it so figured I had nothing to lose. I was sure to follow other peoples advice and used the product exactly how described even watched few youtube videos to make sure the amounts I was using were appropriate. In just a few days any new acne was at a complete hault and after two weeks all leftover marks and past acne is completely gone and I have ZERO acne and my face has looked the best it ever has! This product is the greatest thing ever and changed my life. The benzol peroxide can color pillow cases and clothes so be careful of that but if that is the only downside then so be it! This product is affordable and if you take it the correct way and be patient it is a miracle worker. I use it first thing in the morning all 3 steps. Mid day wash face with cetaphil and then use the products again before bed. This regiment worked for me flawlessly so that is the way I would recommend but I'm sure everyone's skin reacts differently. Use as directed and give the product time to work and you will definitely be happy with the results!

Works for some time
This acne clearning system cleared my skin for a little while but eventually stopped working. It took about three-four weeks for me to see improvement. After about five months of using it my face was worse then ever and it didnt help me at all. In the end, I would not recommend this product. It provides only temporary results.

It's okay...
I was looking for something new that i heard was similar to proactive but cheaper. so i went out on a limb and bought it ... it cleared my skin up a little , i did see slight improvement but after that my face hit a plateau. It stopped working and personally i have oily skin and this made my nose very very very oily and shin which i was trying to avoid.. i personally wouldn't recommend this face wash its not worth all of the hype.

Pros:

better than proactiv or any other store brand I've used over the years. Its cheap and lasts. To be honest, I used proactiv for 8-9 years and this works better!

Pros:

Love it! It is easy to use. I saw results in about a week. I use it every day and only have a pimple once in a while. That is when I use the 'terminator', and its gone in a couple of days. I consider it a blessing.

Cons:

I am running out and can't find it in my regular pharmacy.

I have been using AcneFree for more than 3 years. Since I started using AcneFree I am no longer embarassed about pimples on my face. I have been recommending it to my friends, family and strangers.
