Bad!!!
I used this for about two days and it caused extreme irritation!! My eyes got puffy, face was red and itchy. Fortunately I didn't break out any worse but it was definitely not for me!!

Was Skeptical, but it actually works!
I had tried everything to get rid of my hormal acne. I'm 35 and have had acne off and one since puberty. This system workeed faster than anything. I was on vacation and tried this hoping my face would clear up a bit before I returned home. In 3 days, my face was MUCH better and in 5 days it was 90% clear. So happy I tried this.

Actually works
I've tried many products like Proactiv,Neutrogena, and Clean & Clear but never had long lasting results. When I tried acne free the first day I couldn't believe the results! My skin felt so smooth and soft and you can barely feel any of the embarrassing pimples I had.I've only been using it for a week now but I can already see hardly any acne. If you've tried many products that don't work with long lasting results and make your skin soft and clear, Acne Free is the way to go.

Smiles

Pros:

Rids skin of excessive oil
Shrinks cysts

Cons:

very drying
bleaches clothing easily but thats just the bp

Again, like it has always been said when trying any acne treatment, the key is to be consistent. I have been using this system for about 6 years and after a couple tweaks to it, I finally have clear skin. I have had acne for about 8 years with varying degrees of severity but mostly very painful cystic acne.what I have found to work for me it to first cleanse with the cleanser in the acne free system. I then exfoliate very softly with a damp washcloth as this sytem is quite drying. When the flakes are under control, i inly do this every other night. Next I apply apple cider vinegar with a cotton round. After this has dried I apply the repair lotion, the third step in the system. Lastly I mix some moisturizer with bit of alpha hydroxy acid lotion. And thats it! I do this all at night and nothing in the morning as my skin will overdry if I do so. I began to see results after stickling to my regimen faithfully for 4 months. After years of searching for anything to clear up those painful cysts and seeing dermatologists, I finally found smooth skin and it's cheap! Im just hope this can also help somebody else.

Pros:

Works
Affordable

Cons:

Must apply all three products morning and night

It will work, only if you use it twice a day, everyday. But when you do that, you will see amazing results :)

Pros:

started noticing a difference in my acne within 24 hours! Used it at night only and within 3 days (72 hours) acne was gone. I have oily skin real bad especially at the end of a day and here in Alabama on our hot and humid days! But this product makes my skin feel clean and clear and it works quickly. I now use it just every other night to maintain the clear skin! Started using it on my chest and back now! And I use all three steps.

Cons:

nothing really. Yes, it does dry and slightly burn my/your skin but especially if I use it a lot. Like I said though, I use it just at night and not twice a day and not every night now and it doesn't affect my skin at all except to clear the acne! I think the whole drying out of the skin and the redness and burning is going to happen with most acne products that use benzoyl peroxide, but that is what works!

I tried Proactive, hated the price, and the smell was not pleasant. it was expensive and the way you had to get it was a pain. My niece used this and recommended it so I picked up my first pack and will use it till I die! I don't know what I would do if they ever stopped producing it or selling it over the counter and the price is exceptionally affordable for the product and the pocket book. Proactiv eat your heart out!

Pros:

This product is cheap at Target. I have only used it for 1 day at night and when i woke up, pimples have already began to dissapear.

Cons:

When i woke up my face was burning/ itching and swollen around the eyes, Looked like i got into a bad fight or was up crying all night. I guess i'm sensitive to the Benzoyle, because this also happend when i tried Proactiv but with Proactiv it burned worse and was crazy red. The swelling did go down through out the day but left a red flushed look on the cheeks that still hasn't gone away yet.

I bought the sensitive skin one and i think that is even a little too strong for me. I think mostly it's the step 3 repairing lotion that makes the face burn. I will continue a few more days to see if i adjust because day 1 has shown promise. I will have to keep it away from my eye area to avoid the swelling. My boyfriend says "bad news your face is swollen but good news your pimples are gone" i hope i don't have to choose!

Pros:

clear your skin within 2-3 weeks

Cons:

Dry skin

Tried proactive and did not work for me. I used Acnefree for Severe Acne and it worked great for me. I also stop putting flavored cream in my coffee just regular half & half since I heard that can also make you break out. Either way I love the product!

Pros:

Works for a while
Clears some acne
Smooth skin

Cons:

Stops working
Bleaches clothing
Very expensive

Like proactiv and almost all other acne treatments, the active ingredient in this system is benzoyl peroxide. I used it consistently, twice daily, for about 2 years. I think the first night I used it, it literally cleared about 80% of my acne overnight. But over time, like proactiv, it stopped working. I don't believe this is meant to be a long-term solution to acne. If you have puberty onset acne, it may help to get you through those couple of years, but for people with adult acne, you'll probably need something stronger.
