Pros:

Reduces The Appearance of Acne Scars/Pits, Fine Wrinkles, Softens Skin, and Evens Skin Tone.

Cons:

It Causes breakouts on the sensitive parts of my face. So therefore I just use it on my face where my skin can tolerate it (like on my fore head, smile lines, under eyes/around eyes, and lips)

I have only been using Shea Butter 100% Organic Since about Sunday, today is Tuesday. I apply it every night before bed. So in just 3 days my skin is looking more youthful and healthy. Also, my moderate severe cystic acne is finally clearing after almost 2 years of suffering. I don't know if the Shea butter has anything to do with hindering my breakouts because I don't apply on my breakouts (afraid that it will make it worse), but I do know that where I have scars and pits, also fine lines and premature wrinkles the Shea Butter has almost erased them completely after only a few days. So imagine after a week of consistently using this stuff how great my skin will look :). Shea Butter may not be for everyone, but I know that it works for my skin...I'm of African descent so maybe that's why my skin can tolerate it. I don't know thats just a guess :/ Do what works for you..maybe your entire face may not agree with the shea butter so just try it on certain areas like I do.

Pros:

Makes my skin extra soft, lightening up my scars, also doing wonders on my stretch marks and hair

Cons:

Slightly greasy, but usually only if I've used too much

A little goes a loooong way. Some people may complain about it being greasy, but you really only need a DAB to get good coverage and the sheen fades in a little while. I use it every day, morning and night and it's been doing wonders the past few weeks. I've recently started an all natural regimen so this paired with my GENUINE African black soap is working well. I would recommend people to search for the unrefined shea butter as it's much better for the skin. I bought my 1lb package for $8.50 from Coastal Scents. Believe me when I say that 1lb will last a while.

Pros:

Softens skin, got rid of stubborn acne, even toned my skin and gets rid of rashes

Cons:

None

I love it! I had been using a steroid topical on my face for the rash I acquire after sweating from my work outs. Shea Butter got rid of the rash/irritation, my few acne bumps, evened out my skin tone, reversed the aging effects from the steroid topical and left my skin glowing!

Pros:

man, out of all the things i've done to my skin to try to rid it of acne, shea butter is the ONLY thing that worked and kept working and continues to work. i'm so happy.

Cons:

it's all natural so it takes a few months for you to clear. plus i got some organic shea butter for like 17 bucks. but it lasted me 2 months so i'd say that's worth it!!

i'm one of those acne sufferers who takes it too far -- rubbing mashed garlic all over my face until it burns a couple layers off, rubbing my own piss onto my face for weeks in the hope that such a natural remedy must be the cure, etc. i think the most extreme i went was taking antibiotics for 3 months -- i can't even imagine how much damage that did to my body, it didn't help much and when i went off it my face exploded. so i was like, man how the hell am i gonna get rid of this stuff?! then i discovered 100% pure organic shea butter --> my acne was extreme when i started using it in may, and now it's september, my face is clear and my scars have faded. it continues to improve. i'm telling you, rub its soft godliness into your face every night for a few months, be patient and your acne will be gone. i use this with all-natural african black soap -- those are the only two products that ever touch my face. africans know what's up.

Pros:

best moisturizer, healing, reduces appearance of stretch marks, great for body, face and hair

Cons:

none

I absolutely love unrefined shea butter. As someone previously said, all shea butter is not the same. The best is unrefined shea butter because it still has all of the healing properties, where refined shea butter does not. I make up my own body whip with shea butter, jojoba oil and emu oil. It comes out nice and creamy like whipped cake frosting. I apply it on my body everyday and the moisture lasts all day long. (A little goes a long way). I use a pea sized amount for my face and neck. It is non-comedogenic. No breakouts. I also make my own shampoo using some shea butter in it for moisture and it's great. I also recommend African black soap. The two work very well together. I highly recommend trying this. Do a google search to see all of the benefits that shea butter can give you. It's an all natural product and I've found since switching to all natural products that I don't have anymore breakouts. I will never go back to chemical products. Only naturals for me. :)

Pros:

Awesome. Nourishes the skin and hair. Prevents wrinkles, replenishes, refines, and restores the skin; known for its healing properties.

Cons:

Can be greasy, but use sparingly; it is eventually absorbed by the skin. Butl, well worth the benefits.

One must remember that all Shea Butter is not the same! There are several types of extractions; and some products include other ingredients in addition to Shea Butter that can have an affect its benefits. Do your research about this product to be sure you are getting Shea Butter in its original form, a high quality all natural product and not one that is tainted with other ingredients.

Pros:

Almost immediate results!

Cons:

None

Shea butter is awesome! It virtually got rid of all my acne and healed all the scarring! My skin has never been so nice! I can wear it at night without it staining my pillow. Shea butter is great in that it washes out of fabric. It is expensive, but you can get it affordably on eBay or at an African market. I highly recommend it.

Cons:

it has to melt in your hand for even application it does take awhile to soak in but the results are worth it
