Clean & Clear : Morning Burst Facial Cleanser with Bursting Beads, Oil-Free

So this product is my holy grail. It was my first product i used for my morning wash and I don't know i keep using it when its not helping my acne... It does wake me up in the morning makes me feel refreshed. I have oil-combination skin with acne around my nose.

I suffer from moderate acne, i tried this product for about a month, not only did it cause a burning sensation my skin, but it also made my acne worse. At first i thought -might get worse before it gets better- but i started to get cystic type acne. Never happened to me with any other product i have tried. There are so many better products out there. So use with caution.

I just bought this product today & I'm glad I did! Your face feels sooo soft after! I thought my face felt a lot cleaner too. How I cleaned my face: 1.) Used hot water & a towel to wipe off most of makeup 2.) Wet my face with warm water 3.) Steamed my face (let the hot water run for a minute or two then lean down & let face hover over bowl of sink) 4.) Apply cleaner & massage for about 2 minutes 5.) Steam face again with product on ***NOTE*** After a while your face will get a tingly cold feeling, don't worry its normal (: . .that means the products working! 6.) Keep massaging for 1 Minute once the tingling starts 7.) Rinse Off 8.) Pat dry 9. Apply moisturizer (Optional but RECOMENDED) People say the wash dried their faces so as a precaution moisturize after washing even if you don't think you need to. The moisturizer I use is CLEAN & CLEAR : Oil-free acne moisturizer. Honestly, I don't really like the tingling, but think of it as a signal that its okay for you to wash it off (:

I tried so hard to like this product so I kept using it for about three weeks and i started to notice that my acne was clearing but I started to form a rash and bumps right beneath my cheek bones...I stopped using the product to see if this had anything to do with my strange rash. As a result, this cleanser was indeed causing a reaction to my face so i stopped using it and the rash went away.

This dried out my skin so much. i couldn't even smile because my skin was so dry! And the bursting beads? What in the world?! Does not work at all for acne. Even for people without acne i would not recommend this to. I have demoted this cleanser to a makeup brush cleaner, which is basically what i do to all the failed cleansers i try :) I had to apply this 3 times before one of my brushes was visibly clean. Who knows what was left behind that i couldn't see! That just shows that this would not work on your skin.

This is the first product I tried for my face that didn't burn, sting, give me an itchy rash, make my skin feel tight, or inflict minor pain. It works for me and I'm going to stick with it unless I find something better ( which I hope is not for a lonnng time, if at all).

I used the blue detoxifying Morning burst cleanser morning and night. Then I used a treatment (Persagel) only at night. ** My skin went from Moderately severe to Light/moderate ** Twice a week I used the St.Ives scrub. And I know people say its bad for your skin but it actually helps and clears my pimples and I have been using it for a long time.
