Lets see I eat about anything but seafood. I dont eat candy or drink soda. I wash my face in the morning using clean and clear deep action exfoliating scrub. Then I put on simple(that's the name) mois...

Don't know what to do with my face. All I take is fish oil pills. And I also use a bunch of moisturiser to hide my flakey skin during the day.
