Even sometime i hate tank tops because in cold if you want to wear tank tops you want to also wear sweater and jackets on it.

Tank tops not very nice at dinner. However, as someone pointed out, the dining rooms can get pretty cold - I'd bring a sweater or wrap just in case (I hate being cold).
