yes, i can confirm that vitamin b5 is working for me, i'm 99% clear of acne while taking 10g of vitamin b5 per day. the side effect is a very dry skin, especially after taking a shower.

My face is getting worse and worse, my skin is so flaky, dry and feels so tight. No moisturiser seems to help with it.
