Exactly. Maybe all of these people with complaints need to evaluate other things they are doing and try to work with the new formula. I have never experienced anything they claim and I actually think this moisturizer is the best overall for daily use that I have used.

I commend Dan for addressing so many of these bad ratings and concerns for so long before they just became rampant. Everything he said is true and only makes sense. Not literally everyone is having this experience. I was actually not even aware anyone was having an issue until I updated my account password and started looking to review and see reviews of products. I was going to rate this product a 5 star, but I already had done so LOL

He isn't really dodging anything. What he said is true. The change of the one ingredient wouldn't do anything to effect the moisturizing ability of the product. I have used all three versions of his moisturizer and the new is definitely the best. I have not experienced any difference between the second yellow one and the new white one. It's the same except now I no longer have to worry about getting it on white t-shirts or pillow cases etc.

Agree other than on occasion I add a few drops of vegetable glycerin when I feel like I need to boost the moisturization. It is really only in the winter that it is necessary.

This does not happen with me. I am not sure what the issue is that people are having. All Dan did was change the licochalcone that he used in the formula.

There is no way on earth it is the cause of pore clogging. The moisturizer is the same exact thing other than the licochalcone. All Daniel did was change the type he included in the formula because it was yellow and it could cause a yellow tint to occur on white fabrics you would come in contact with throughout the day. I don't experience anything that any of the people leaving back reviews are saying. Please consider that there are many, many reasons for acne breakouts and something else might have changed to cause the issue you are claiming.

The only thing he did was add a different licochalcone that was not tinted so that it wouldn't potentially stain clothing or pillow cases, etc. I don't experience the issues people are claiming. I have made a few comments elsewhere under other bad ratings as pertains to their complaints and what I do in my routine that I think might help.

This is my daily moisturizer and has been for years. This product absorbs very quickly. It leaves my skin with a matte finish when it absorbs and dries. It is not heavy and yet it does a good job of hydrating your basic day to day skin. It does not clog pores. It does not feel oily. It can color a white shirt if you are not careful which is just about the only negative I can come up with. Sometimes in the dead of winter when my skin is extra dry I supplement with a heavier duty moisturizer (philosophy's hope in a jar). However, this moisturizer can keep up even in some of the colder drier times of the year. I love this product.

I don't know. I do realize there are a lot of negative reviews, but for me I don't understand why. I love the product. I was a user of both this and his old moisturizer (the runny white one). I would say the yellow moisturizer is considerably better for me at least. The white moisturizer was too thin in my opinion and sometimes did not absorb that well. It also burned. Time after time of applying the BP and the white moisturizer my skin would be somewhat red and raw feeling. I find the current moisturizer to be a huge improvement on the old one. I also find it to be better then jaguar about anything out there. I like a lite and thin moisturizer for day to day when I am not super dry.

I have been a LONG time user. This is in my opinion essentially the greatest BP product to ever exist. In simple, it works. The reason why it works is because the formulation lends toward absorption. Many other BP products just sit on the surface and end up crusting over. This BP is mixed into a moisturizing base. Not only does it absorb, but it does not overly dry. It will irritate slightly at the beginning as will most anything that your skin is not accustomed to. Over a short time it will subside especially if you follow the recommended doses. Start small and work up to the full coverage amount. Another aspect of this product that I love - that is also true about everything Daniel Kern produces - is that it is sold in larger quantities for a much more reasonable price than anything else you can get over the counter. It makes you feel like you can actually use the quantity needed and not break the bank.

Do not! Basically I had a fairly long reply typed out for a word of advice to you and it got deleted. I still wanted to let you know. Don't worry about it. Do not exfoliate with scrubs. Don't over wash. Don't worry about it. The BP works but if you use it regularly it is harsh. You just need to take a heal day or maybe two. Just make sure you stop every now and then to let your face recover. Get a really great heavy moisturizer. Wash with a gentle cleanser that will not only be super gentle, but will restore your faces natural pH. (this helps in absorption of the moisture and in aiding natural antibacterial qualities within the skin) and just slather on the best noncomedogenic moisturizer you can find. You just need to heal. Absolutely 100% do not use the AHA until you are very accustomed to the BP treatment and DO NOT use it too often. Your skin has acne and it needs to be medicated, but it is still skin. You need to be gentle with it and not overdo it. Overfishing, overmedicating, scrubbing, etc. will just make it worse. You will look worse, feel worse, and hate life.

No, keep at it 3 weeks is not long enough to judge this program. You are having some pulling of acne to clear all your pores. It is normal to see more pimples at first. It is purging you clean. This program works like magic. If you get too agrivated or dry or bothered then turn drown the BP to once a day or every other day until you skin catches up and regulates itself. Always moisturizer. Not moisturizing will not dry the pimple out it will dry out the surrounding skin and cause more acne. Plus you will flake and skin will be tight. Keep at it.
