I agree it has a very strong smell and is very sticky and make the skin flaky on top of step 2 treated. Sad I a stopped using immediately and now looking for a moisturizer to use after using the step 2 treatment

Dan I am experiencing the same issue and the problem is that the new moisturizer isn't working as it is causing dryness and irritation. I had a little of the old moisturizer left and I switched and it made a big difference on my skin. The new formula is not working for us.

The new moisturizer isn't working and it didn't moisturize my skin. My sister and I have used your products for 8yrs and it cleared our acne. But Dan this is a very bad formulation. This new one feels kinda thick, milky in a way, just like everyone is saying. Unfortunately it doesn't fully absorb into my skin after using the Benzoyl treatment, and once again skin is very flaky and drying. Can you please bring back the old moisturizer as you have a lot of complaints on the new one.
