Has anyone dealt with the issue of texture/hyperpigmentation issues from previous treatments (for example: scars from microderm, lasers or scrubs)

I used a salt scrub and way over exfoliated is there any way to fix the enlarged pores and micro tears caused by thing like scrubs. Has anyone ever exfoliated so much it caused physical damage.
