I started using Aczone gel twice a day on 1/21/16. My derm originally prescribed the Aczone AND Doxy, but personally I'm holding off on the oral antibiotic. Any updates for you?

I have the same story as you. I didn't develop really bad cystic acne on my cheeks/jawlines until I was 20. Good luck!
