I started spiro a week ago and I am a experiencing similar outbreak (little-closed comedones and cystic acne coming to the surface). A lot of reviews I've read said an initial breakout should be expected but doesn't always happen. Some people don't see improvements until 3-5 months. We just have to wait it out!
