Parts of my face are turning orange from the regimen?

I have been using the regimen treatment for about 5 days now and my face is slightly orange around my mouth and under my eyes, what is this from? How do I get rid of it !? It looks horrible!

Should I use regimen if my skin is already quite clear?

I've just started using the regimen kit and was wondering if it was still necessary to use if I don't have terrible acne? Would this also give me faster results?
