There's quite a bit of inflammation there. I noticed that you've just been using acne products. Have you ever tried treating the inflammation and irritation instead of treating the acne?

I actually work as an aesthetican and cannot tell you how many people have made their acne worse by over drying their skin.

Purging is normal. I will say to make sure that you are wearing spf while using and also limit your treatments to the evening.

Are you moisturizing? It is a step you can not skip. It'll actually make acne worse.
