Manuka honey (the stronger the better) is a little miracle worker for my skin! Regular raw honey is also very good for skin care but it will not come even close with Manuka regarding the fast healing benefits and acne controlling properties. I've suffered from moderate cystic/hormonal acne for the past 6 years.
