Which brand of BP are you using? Some BP creams tend to have this effect, while gels don't. I'm not sure how you could avoid this if you're only using a cream-based BP, since I use Dan's BP.

I wouldn't use it. If you add in extra products other than what Dan suggests, you're technically not following the Regimen. You can use jojoba oil if you wish, which is just as hydrating!
