Well because it's probably extremely expensive to try to maintain two products that are very similar......I find the new formula to be much better than the old yellow one.......I have not had ANY issues like so many on here.......I can see how a moisturizer may cause some irritation initially as the skin gets used to it.....or if there is a specific allergy.....But it's unlikely a moisturizer would cause true acne from deep within the skin.

Cherry instead of giving people orders maybe you should start your own skin care business.....It's a still a free country.......The new formula is awesome......Whatever issues you're having are likely NOT caused my this or any other moisturizer. I would advise doing a bit more research on acne. You seem to be lacking in knowledge.

Cystic acne?? I highly doubt anything like a moisturizer would cause that. Cystic acne comes from deep within the skin.....and the acne you see began forming anywhere from 30-90 days prior.

I love the new formula too.....It's hilarious that people like above are telling Dan what he "has" to do. Period. 🙂

Dan the new formula is great! I wouldn't change it a bit. I think it's likely that other issues are causing all the problems of these people leaving bad reviews.

Sorry you are having trouble-but it is very unlikely the moisturizer is clogging pores-it claims to be non-comedogenic.....Sometimes it takes time for skin to get used to new products so there could be some irritation. But this new formula is very similar so I would be surprised.....It works great for me but everyone is different........Hopefully you can find out if it's something else. One thing you have to remember is that the acne you see began forming anywhere from 30-90 days ago-so it can be difficult to determine why new breakouts occur.

Great product. I like the new formula much better. It seems much more mild.....I really don't understand all the bad reviews. It's likely all the problems people are having have exactly nothing to do with this moisturizer......Hopefully Dan will keep the current one-it works great!!
