My skin looks a lot worse in sunlight. I've been researching Biafine Topical emulsion, anyone have experience with that?

I went to a dermatologist and asked how to fix my face. She said there was nothing I could do..... So maybe u guys know something? I've tried every home remedy and idk how to fix this unevenness.
