i have four large pimples on my cheeks. i could connect the dots. i have heavy bp spot treatment on them now as we speak.

Pretty awful, to be honest.   I started Accutane 2.5 weeks ago, and I think I'm hitting the initial breakout. The areas surrounding my nose are really dry and flaking, and I'm getting more black...
