I'm currently using Epiduo also! It's perfectly fine to use a moisturizer, it's a must for me every morning day n night. I put on Neutrogena moisturizer (oil-free) before i apply epiduo.

To me they kinda look like minor cysts but whatever you do don't pop em because you'll regret it. Your pimples right now look like the deep, under the skin kinds so it might take a little while to cle...
