Wow, that's awesome! I have a similar situation on my forehead, so I will definitely be trying this! What texture does the face wash have (big exfoliating beads, small beads, gritty powder)?

I've tried and used a whole bottle of Neutrogena Sensitive Skin moisturizer with sunscreen. It's really light and moisturizes well. I would use it again.

Update: So I went to my doctor and it turns out it's a tiny keloid, or an overgrowth of scar tissue. Not cancer.  It's not dangerous but I'm going to a derm to have it removed. Headspace
