Do I have rosacea if left and right of my nose is super red

Ummmmm ok. I havent been on this site much so I don't know if this is a common thing. Is this guy a spam bot or something?

I was doing that for about a year and it left my skin really tight and irritated. Most moisturizers leave my skin looking very very shiny or they flake off later in the day.

It doesn't look that bad man, its mostly just redness. When did you start getting pimples? About 2 years ago. At first it wasn't that bad but it has gotten progressively worse.
