I hear everyone that you want the old formula back. I'm back in the lab seeing what I can do to improve things. However, my mind is still absolutely boggled at this reaction to the moisturizer since I changed the licorice root. That's all I did. Just switched out .1% of the formula for .25% of another ingredient. It shouldn't be causing irritation or issues. It can always seem like a product that changed is causing problems, but you might want to look at other things that might be causing irritation. It just doesn't make sense that it would be the moisturizer. Not enough changed to make a big difference. Having said that, I hear you guys, and I am in the lab working on a new moisturizer that should hopefully be even better.

If you got cystic acne, you for sure want to look for what might have caused that. There is no chemical or biological reason why this moisturizer would be a part of that. The only thing that changed was a licorice root extract. If you want to PM me, I can try to help you figure out what might be causing a breakout.

There must be something else going on that's making you dry. The moisturizer is identical except for a different extract and that would not change the moisture level.
Sometimes at this time of year when heat is at full blast, or people are traveling to other parts of the world where climate differs, they can become more dry. Also, sometimes people will start using more benzoyl peroxide or some other product that dries the skin and this can cause increased dryness. The bottom line is you'll want to look for another cause of your dry skin. I order ever ingredient for the moisturizer and can tell you that it has not changed in any way that would alter its ability to moisturize.

Hi. I'm sorry to hear this. I assume you're talking about the moisturizer now that it has a slightly different form of licorice root in it. People can have an allergy to any ingredient, but an allergy to the new type of licorice root I put in there is exceedingly rare. It's one of the reasons I am excited to be using it. However, nothing else about the product has changed, so perhaps you are allergic to this particular type of licorice root. Stop using it right away of course and proceed with a different non-comedogenic facial moisturizer.
Also, think about if you possibly used any other product recently. Since allergy to the new licorice root I put in the moisturizer is so rare, you want to make sure you're not reacting to something else in another product you're using.
Benzoyl Peroxide
3.8

What do you mean it no longer works? It does work. In fact, it works better than ever as of just a few days ago. I launched a new ultra-micronized benzoyl peroxide that will blow your mind. You should try it if you haven't already. I made a YouTube video about it actually. I agree that I should be more communicative with you guys. Point taken.
