Are these true acne scars or are they PIH? They are making me very insecure and to be honest very sad. I know they are tiny compared to some people but yeah, they still make me feel like shit

I usually tend to get blud shot eyes because of how sensitive they are due to the colour. Do you think these scars on my temple can be completely removed ?
