you said mild acne? Like cheeks and jaw with like 4 zits on each side or something? Did doxy makie it more moderate or was it just your skin continuing to break out how it normally would.

@Lisa10 Im about to start my second week and mines worse as well lol.... it sucks... lets stick through it. Hpefully this is a purge and will go away.

My skin freaked in college too! Currently a week into doxy with not so great results... lol i hope this is a purge and doesnt last long

What kind of acne did you have before doxy? Just whiteheads or a mixyure?

Did you always just have minimal whiteheads before doxy? Or like a mix of different types? Mine affects my chin and forehead as well, with a mix of white heads and some comodones that turn into bigger red pimples.

Hey I also have this issue with my chin and mouth area!! Would you say the purge was extreme and in random spots or bringing up spots you already knew were coming? Could you also explain the severity of your acne?

Can you explain the severity of your acne? I also have closed comedones that either stay or turn into red painful pastures. Also maybe 1-3 cystic zits that just linger or turn big and red. Mine is not severe, maybe just mild/moderate mainly on chin and a little on forehead. I’m teally scared to try Spiro but i might have to so i don’t feel so insecure about it all the time

You should read up on something called Estroblock. Heard it’s really helpful for adult severe acne. Let me know if you have any luck!

^^^ same, ive been on this for a week now with still reoccuring chin breakouts.. could all be coming to the surface but did you see gradual results from the beginning or results at the 2 wk mark?

have you tried doxycline? or bactrim? heard good stuff about those.... just started foxy and i’m honestly kinda scared it’s not gonna work or make it worse lol
