and also would you say its a kelod or a hypertrophic? i was told by a derm its a keloid but it really doesnt seem like one because it hasnt really grown bigger then the wound itself.

ok so basically i have a hypertrophic scar the size of a nickel on my elbow and looks like this how much do you think scar removal will cost?
