Could these be scarred though? Esp on the nose there are some that are way stretched. I've heard of some acids used to spot treat an area to fill it in... seems like I could use that all over.

Yes I grew up with acne, not severe bu constant. Always very oily and my pores would gradually get bigger. I used to use tretinoin/retin-A  for acne and it never really solved ...
