I heard usin Vitamin E with no fillers or preservatives is what I should do. And is 800mg a day the right dose? Also 3000mg of fish oil sounds a bit high. Should I try this amount?

Also, is cetaphil bar soap ok to use while on accutane? Ive been using it for awhile but don't know if i should switch to dove bar soap like the pamphlet the dermo gave me reccomends.
