hey guys i NEED HELP!!! ive been on roaccutane for 3months now, and i dont have alot of acne anymore, because ALL of them are now pyogenic granulomas and scabs !!!! how the hell do i get rid of pyogen...

hopefully after 2 more months they will start to become better, i hope!! i can barely sleep right now, getting depressed over anything thats a bit saddening, and i guess im experiencing alot of hairlo...
