Roaccutane could help with this. It's not a cure though as I still get these types of spots after 7 years of roaccutane.

I'm sorry I can't really help, but if it is Pseudofolliculitis barbae shaving everyday will probably make it worse.   If you believe it's anti-fungal I'd suggest trying Metronizadole gel or Azela...
