I have acne pretty much everywhere on my face, what's the easiest way for me to clear it and is it bad?

Hi, recently I've developed these blackheads on my chin and red raised bumps, I've never had too much of s probelem with dirt and spots In this area. Any of advice on how to remove them .

Anybody have any idea on how to remove this cyst scar? Had a cyst a few months ago was quite angry and has calmed down a lot but the scars been here for about 3 months now what should I do.

Any other suggestions?

How can I remove this cyst ( I think? ) I've had for around 4 weeks it was red and a few dm high but now flat(ish) but a dark purple/red colour. How can I reduce this without doctor help
