The site's information looks to be pretty accurate from what I glanced. They are right about low-carb meals being high in fat. In fact for every gram of fat you replace of a carb, you get 5 more calories. Proteins and carbs gives 4 calories of energy while fats give 9 calories...more than twice as much.

I found this site a long time ago, and I find it VERY useful. You can look up specific nutrition values (e.g calories, fat, vitamins, proteins etc) for any food.
