sleep is supposed to be good for your skin. It's 4:15, and I'm still awake... that's bad.. some chemical gets released into your body between 11 and 2 apparently only when you're asleep, and without it, your body doesn't work as well as it can.

My bedtime varies. It's around 3:20 A.M. right now, so I'll probably go to bed in a few. But usually, it's around 12:30 A.M. to 1:00 A.M. I try to get more than 10 hours of sleep. Anywhere between 10 and 12 hours is enough for me. lol I'm a nightowl. I have found, though, if I sleep more, my skin is more red; if I get less than 6 hours of sleep, my skin is not red at all. Strange to me, though.

Between 10 & 11, and I sleep for about 7 hours.

I used to stay up until 4 or 5 am though, and I haven't noticed any significant difference in my skin. I seem to have more energy, that's about it.
