nhs treatments

does anyone know if you can be referred a treatment on the NHS from your doctor/dermatologist? and what must the circumstances be? e.g. do you have to have tried accutane etc.

You can get treatment through the NHS with Dr Chu in Hammersmith Hospital in London.

If you're in Scotland, the NHS is different there and it's not so straight forward if you want to be referred to Dr Chu.

If you're in England then it should be fairly easy. Just go to your doc and ask to be referred.
